This colorfully remodeled, pet-friendly condo is fantastically located between Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth, providing easy access to all the amazing year-round activities Mammoth has to offer! The town shuttle stops right near the complex making exploring town a breeze.

About the Space:
This remodeled, 1100 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has been decorated with midcentury modern furnishings making a bright and cheery space that comfortably sleeps 6 people, 2 dogs (maximum, no cats). The 2-story, pet friendly townhome has a phenomenal location on a private road, surrounded by pine trees, and just a few blocks from Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth.
The open living area feels grand with high vaulted ceilings, expansive south facing windows and sky lights, and new hardwood oak flooring throughout. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa, large flatscreen TV with basic cable and steaming/smart features, central heating and wood burning stove providing the perfect ambiance for all seasons. Off the main living area is a private patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air, with a free supply of firewood. The kitchen has been fully remodeled, with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a dining room table with seating for 6, and breakfast bar seating for 3.
Across from the kitchen is a designated workspace with a desk, chair, and lamp. The home has fast Wi-Fi for seamless remote work. The lighting in the home has all been updated to create a space that balances ambiance and functionality. There is a remodeled full bath on the upper level, with quartz countertop vanity, heated tile floors, and walk-in shower.
Both bedrooms are located downstairs off the main entry. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a twin sized trundle. It has a full-sized dresser for clothing space, flatscreen TV with smart features, and a sliding glass door with access to a private patio.
