Great location

Great location. Lake was busy but not too busy. The back deck was big and our dogs loved playing on it. Art was very helpful and responsive! Would stay again.

Wonderful home and great location!!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and it was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space and such a great location! The views were amazing and the dock was great to have to swim and enjoy the boats driving by! Would definitely stay here again! Art was great to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time for our family vacation. The dock was perfect for swimming. The house was comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. Art was very responsive when we had an issue with the grill and resolved the problem for us. Thanks for a great place!!

Family Retreat

Every year we pick a new vacation spot for a family get together. This year we chose Lake of Ozarks. Art was fantastic as a host. Kept in communication with us. Home was clean. Will definitely keep in mind for future get aways

Vacation of a lifetime for our kids

The house was great, the location was great, but the experience was amazing. The way the deck is setup in conjunction with the dock was such a way that we were almost never inside. Art was super responsive and helpful with all of my questions leading up to the trip which put my anxiety as a first time VRBOer to rest.

Wonderful Vacation

Our first vacation in 2021 and it was all we hoped for and more. The house was so comfortable and met all of our needs. We loved the gated-deck as our dogs could be with us, with no worry. The dock area was perfect for fishing. Art was very attentive to our needs and responded immediately to every question or concern. We will definitely return.

Sunrise Beach!

We had a lengthy stay. Everything met our expectations. We knew we would have rough water. Noted the cove to Captain Rons was a bit rough on the boat due to traffics in and out of the cove for speeding up and slowing down but nothing you can do about it. View was beautiful. Parking was great for extra company and truck and boat trailer. I think we were blessed on this vacation. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby and the Woods Grocery store was close. Neighbors were friendly. Would recommend to others.

Awesome stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was excellent and comfortable. Great cooking supplies, everything you would need to cook meals during your stay. The deck was huge and plenty of seating to watch the sunrise or sunset and all day in-between. The deck also has a gate so our dog was free to roam the deck when we were out there. The private dock was awesome, however, it is on main channel so the water can get a bit rough so bring good bumpers for your boat! Swimming off the dock also brought hours of enjoyment for us and our dog! Great house, great host and great location! I will definitely rent this house again in the future!

Property was beautiful! Couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The view is unbelievable!

Truly enjoyed staying here. Art was wonderful - even met us at the house to go over everything and help us learn the ins and outs right when we arrived. The view is truly spectacular - from inside and outside of the house. The boat dock/personal marina has a viewing platform that was really cool. We had plenty of space in the house and all of the appliances are new (which was wonderful for us cooking our thanksgiving dinner there!) I definitely hope to return! My family and I loved the house and the hospitality and truly enjoyed our experience! Thank you!!!

Weather nice, Bugs horrible

Would liked to have met the host. We were not able to enjoy being outside on the deck due to an invasion of bugs & dead bugs on deck furniture, siding, & windows which was no fault of the owner. Dog hair throughout, & on furniture we felt could have been cleaned much better. The view was beautiful & enjoyed sitting on the dock with our golden retriever.

Wonderful View!

Wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows for a great outside view of the main channel on the 34 mile marker. Inside was updated and extremely clean. The deck outside wrapped around two sides which enables you to follow the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer. It is an older deck but very large with lots and lots of chairs. The address board on the dock is in need of repair. Loved this home a lot, especially the wonderful windows and large deck. Art, the manager couldn’t have been more helpful with any need we had. He was great! I would definitely go back.

Great place, great location, and excellent views

We are return renters from last summer, and have to say that the owners have been busy updating the place again! New dock, new appliances, and new carpet in areas. Place is well kept and easy access from highway. Close to captain ron's a grocery store, convenient store that has most need supplies with a full breakfast menu. The views are amazing from the deck or brand new boat dock! Has a spare lot next door that makes boat trailer parking easy. Neighbors are friendly and great to chat with in the mornings. Art the property manager is extremely friendly and easy to deal with! He makes for a smooth stay and rental transaction each and every time. We will be back and hopefully soon!!

2022 Vacation

Home’s cleanliness was below normal standards. We had to wipe out refrigerator & freezer prior to use. Bathroom floors were dirty plus hair & dead spiders. No hairdryer supplied. Kitchen lower cabinet shelves were dirty, table chairs arms were gross with grime. Queen bed was very uncomfortable. The deck was nice, but wish it had Wi-Fi. Busy boat traffic area. Two days of fishing were disrupted by construction on the shoreline. Despite the flaws, we managed to have a great vacation in the Ozarks

Nice well kept place with a great location and view

Nice well kept place with a great location and view. Just a few hundred yards to captain ron's, boat ramp and minutes from shopping, and other lake dining by boat. Deck was terrific for relaxing and watching boat traffic go by and early morning sunrise viewing. Rope lights around deck were terrific for finding home after dark and really made the place stand out so thanks to owners for having them. Boat slip was in need of repair and was being addressed a week after we stayed and have viewed pics of it and it looks terrific! Owners seem to address concerns and are updating home as needed so props to them! Boat trailer parking was a bit hard on this location but luckily there is a undeveloped lot next door to accommodate. Beds look to be dated but were extremely comfortable and made for a good night sleep. Kitchen had needed essentials for our stay and fridge ice maker in nearly new fridge was a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing a place to stay. Art the property MGR stopped by and checked in by phone a few times and was terrific to deal with so thanks Art!
