Helt fantastisk sjön främre fastighet med en egen 28 ft privat brygga. Huset är nyligen renoverat 3 sovrum 3 badrum hem. Huset är mycket trevligt i ett trevligt område och inte bara en stuga. Trägolv och mattor rymmer denna perfekta semesteruthyrning som har ett sovrum med king size-säng och badrum. Hemmet har också ett våningssäng rum och ett rum med en drottning. Sofforna i det stora vardagsrummet har gömda sängar om du vill sova ett par extra barn. Huset har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, fina TV-apparater med Hulu live, eldstad, privat brygga, propangrill, kaffebryggare, gott om sittplatser inomhus och utomhus och fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Det finns parkering för alla storlekar på båtvagnen och antalet bilar. I Gravois-armen och enkel vägåtkomst med en samhällsdocka, om du känner till, är det den absolut bästa hyra för pengarna på sjön.

Nice house and dock.

Everyone had a great time. Nice dock for kids to swim and fish. A plus with covered slip for our boat. Second time for us and I'm sure we'll be back!

Nice place

We enjoyed the property and everything was in good working order. We particularly appreciated how well the air cooled as the entire time we were there, there was an excessive heat warning and the house was always very nice. The beds were comfy. I didn’t love having to haul my trash away and would have preferred to have just had that fee built in to stay.

Just right!

Everything about this property was fantastic, the size of the house and location were great! We loved the space outdoors, too and the private dock was definitely the selling point for us! We had our grown children & 2 grandchildren, 3 year old and 6 month old. It was perfect! Plenty of space in and out!

Lake Front With Private Dock

House is great and the owner is very attentive. We loved the cove and the private dock. Wish the ladder on the dock was larger & non-slip. The current ladder is old & the wooden steps are smaller, slimy, and slippery. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

Wonderful family lake house vacation

We had a wonderful time with our family at this lake house. The kids loved the bunk beds. The dock and lake are ideal for swimming, and the outdoor space is fantastic. The scenery of the land and area is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Wonderful getaway

This property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The owner provided all the extras to make our stay special- chairs for the dock, floaties, coffee pods, pillows of all firmness, wood for the Fire pit, etc. . We had a wonderful relaxing stay and could definitely see ourselves coming back again.

View is amazing

I would have given this house a 5 star stay but because of the sofa in the living room so old that when you sit down you sank all the way to the buttom. The house is cute, a little older but in really good shape, very nice layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is set up great with island, just stove and sink are old. If you want to stay here and love coffee, make sure you bring your own coffee pot, the house only has coffee pot for 5 cups. We really enjoyed the dock wish we could use the boat slip for our boat since we were in the big tournament. There is a community ramp we could not use water is low, and the boat ramp was steep and in shallow water. Overall, we had a great stay, will come back again if house has a better seating arrangement.Thank you

Lake House

This lake house was fantastic for the price. We stayed with seven people comfortably for a weekend, and had a great time indoors and outside by the firepit and lounging on the dock. Would definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway.

Great get away!

Everything was great! Only issue was our boat (30') was too long for the boat ramp, but owner helped us find another ramp not very far away. Appreciated the great communication!

Nice Place

We had a good time at this house. The real selling point was the dock on the water, as we had our own pontoon that we used and we went out on it quite a bit. The lake was busy, but as to be expected for the week of the 4th of July. One minor thing: If you're a coffee drinker, make sure you bring your own pot--the house only has a 5 cup carafe. Also, the garbage disposal didn't work during our stay (We contacted Jane and she was going to send someone out at the end of our stay), but that wasn't the end of the world. Overall, I would recommend. We had a good time.

It was ok

I feel the owner really needs to know how their cleaning crew is doing. The 2 things I always look at is cleanliness and comfort. When we walked up to front door it was dirty. The stove was filthy. I could see the crud under the coils. I didn’t dare lift the stove top. When we sat down on the couches we sank so low we needed help to get out. We had to put pillows down just so we could sit on them. We loved the dock. We were going to cook out on the grill but it didn’t work and it was filthy. I did call the owner about it and she was gracious and got us a new grill.We had to clean the table and chairs in the deck before we could sit at it. It still had the old leaves all over the deck. It could have been swept. A couple of the steps really need to be fixed. I hate having to leave this kind of review. We don’t expect perfection but this house needs a better cleaning crew and better comfort.

Great location

The house is spacious and clean. The fishing is great, caught lots of fish off the dock. It’s a nice quiet area. The property is close to stores and restaurants. Had a very good time there.

weekend getaway

3 of us just wanted to get away for the weekend drink a little beer go fishing and relax . Found the perfect spot. Very relaxing house and cove. check in and out could not have gone better. Must say the house was very very clean .

Perfect for our family of 7! Deer and a camel! 2 bald eagles by the dock. Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful stay with all the amenities of home! Quick response to questions and adding an extra day stay. The dock is easy to get to even if disabled. Perfect place to stay!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here! Having the convenience of our own dock and quick access to a ramp was great. A tip from us to you- go ahead and unload your boat before heading to the house. It was a little though getting down and around the driveway with the boat. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful getaway weekend

We enjoyed our weekend stay with our four adult children. The property is lovely, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming. The sunsets are gorgeous. The kitchen had all the cookware and appliances we needed for a weekend of family meals. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and the house was spacious enough that the six of us were not tripping over each other. The large parking area was nice as well, we had three vehicles and plenty of room. Highly recommend!!

Great Vacation spot!

This was the perfect spot! The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the dock and watching all of the deer. Definitely a great place to vacation!
