Välkommen till Cocoa Beach Club. Beläget i Cocoa Beach, Florida, hemmet till '' I Dream of Jeannie '' och inom sikte av lanseringarna i Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral. Vår enhet ligger i ett direkt anläggning vid havet på stranden och med en stor uppvärmd pool. Vårt hem är fullt möblerat och nära till allt. 5 miles från Port Canaveral kan du kryssa ut ur Port Canaveral och använda lägenheten som din semesterbasis före och efter kryssningen. Awesome Complex

I cannot say enough good things about this condo & complex. The location was so convenient & with 2 teenagers who could only walk to things, it was perfect. So many restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the beach & pool are right out the door. The condo was clean & spacious. The complex is very well maintained & felt very safe for 3 females traveling alone. I will not hesitate to rent here again.

Worst vacation ever

The way my family was treated by Paul Vesely the host and the Cocoa Beach Club management, I must tell everyone to stay away and don't let the pictures and "dog friendly" fool you. It was neither dog friendly nor clean. It started on day one of our vacation with hundreds of ants dead and alive everywhere so bad that we had to clean every room the night we arrived. When we communicated with the owner our response was if we want to leave, he would reimburse us otherwise we should "just live with it". Well, the next day we decided to "just live with it" as this was Christmas week and there was nowhere else available as we also had a dog and a first-floor condo facing the beach. There were multiple maintenance and cleaning issues with the unit to include a broken screen door, a mouse nest in the kitchen cabinet, filthy carpet and it goes on and on. Since we had a first-floor unit, we were able to play on the grass with the kids and dog. The next day the manager ran up to us to tell us we cannot play ball or run the dog on the grass. The place to walk the dog was along the parking lot fence line. At no time did the host give us any rules for the unit. There is limited space to write so I must summarize. We contacted Paul Vesely and told him we were accepting his offer, and he stated he would give us half our rent back, which we agreed to and left. A couple of days later he stated there would be no refund as we broke the rules. Never have we receive a refund or an apology.

Thanksgiving get away

I have never stayed in a better supplied unit! Everything you need, plus some. Unfortunately I am hi-tech challenged and had a tough time figuring out some of the equipment, ie…tvs. It would have been helpful to have instructions on operating the tvs. Might not be a problem for all, but my old lady mind had a hard time. It really wouldn’t have been an issue if the weather had been more cooperative 😆 Paul was very easy to communicate with.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was well stocked and comfortable. Walk right out to the beach or pool. Close to the Pier and convenient to shoppes and restaurants.

Weekend away

Super cute spot. We are a family of four and the three bedrooms was more than enough space for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and the unit provided all the beach necessities (umbrella, chairs etc). Unit is right on the beach which was perfect for sunrises. Would totally visit again.

My grandson picked Disney trip for his graduation present. I found this place by accident and it was amazing!! Steps away from beach and a beautiful pool!! Amazing place to stay! Quiet and beautiful plus walking distance to shopping!

Perfect Cocoa Beach Stay

We loved this place! Directly on the beach!!!! And also right by the beautiful pool!!! This condo has absolutely everything you need!!! My husband and I both felt so at home!!! The owner was awesome and was easy to contact with any questions!!!! We also made many wonderful friends! We hope to get back next year!!! Thank you!!!!

Great Stay

Excellent condition, clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. Perfect location within the complex, corner unit only steps from the pool and close to the walkway to the beach. Loads of amenities - beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of beach and pool toys, loads of towels. Kitchen well equipped and all appliances working well. Working cable tvs and internet availability. This is a special rental!

Family Vacation

This was our family vacation to celebrate my retirement from 27 years of teaching. Cocoa Beach was super. The condo was mere STEPS from the ocean and pool! The condo was well represented in the property description. The only thing we missed was that the 2nd bedroom was a double bed. I thought it was a queen size mattress, but we worked out the sleeping arrangements and had a great week. Games, books, beach toys, linens, towels—all supplied and in great shape. The only time I had to contact the property owner, Paul, I received a prompt reply with the information I needed. We were very happy with our stay.

Great place on the beach

Excellent location. We were able to wake up every morning and walk out the patio to the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and this location is great. I was able to rent a beach cruiser and take advantage of riding on the beach or any of the many dedicated bike lanes available in this city.

Perfect!

We had planned a cruise for this week but had to postpone. We decided to go to Cocoa Beach since we had the week off. We had 6 people and our dog. The unit was ground level and oceanfront so it was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. Conveniently located and the perfect size. Sitting out on the back patio and watching the sunrise and hearing the ocean was awesome! Highly recommend. Thank you Paul!

Wonderful vacation spot in Cocoa Beach!

My husband and I and our two pups spent a month in Paul’s condo and it was just lovely. Communicating with Paul was seamless and he was so friendly and accommodating. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, in home washer and dryer is a huge plus! Location was amazing-out your front door is the pool and out your patio door is the walkway to the beach 🏖! The people we met will be friends for life! Perfect beachside getaway!
