Blue Spruce is a privately owned, recently remodeled, modern farmhouse style vacation house nestled on .69 acres and located less than 5 miles from The Mountain Creek Ski Resort in Vernon , NJ. Enjoy a large backyard oasis featuring an inground fenced in pool, a new 6/7 person hot tub spa ,two levels of decking, BBQ grill, outdoor and indoor fireplace . Visit numerous local wineries and breweries, farmstands and farms, and the endless charm of Warwick, NY just a short 15-minute drive from the house.

This 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house has the charm of a modern farmhouse featuring several rooms great for family gatherings including the living room, the den with its wood burning fireplace and large LCD Tv with Roku, and the basement with another large lcd tv and an electric fireplace, and air hockey table that kids of all ages will love.
The newly updated and spacious kitchen was designed for those who like to cook and is set up for conversation with the Den
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bathroom on the main floor
