🏔️A $300 security deposit is required and will be reserved prior to your stay. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.

🏔️ A signed renter's agreement is required prior to gaining access to the property. Address, door code and other necessary information to gain access to the property will not be shared until a signed renters agreement has been obtained.

Note: We have enough beds to comfortably sleep 6 guests. However, there is enough space and supplies to accommodate additional guests if someone is willing to sleep on an air mattress (not provided) or on the couch. With these options, the house can sleep up to 8 guests.
