Welcome to “Sol Purpose”. This fully renovated home has everything you need, right down to the toilet paper, coffee and paper towels. The breezy decor will be just what you need to complete your excitement. This 4 bedroom 3 bath home will feel like home away from home.

This home is merely minutes from all things Surf City. And best of all steps off your own private beach access, that comes right up to the porch. Top porch is dog and kid friendly with gates to lock off.

With a reverse floor plan, you will get ocean views from the living space (3rd story), where you will find a flat screen TV, ample seating for the whole crew, a fully stocked kitchen, a deck with a million dollar view, and the first of two king beds, with bathroom right outside.
On the second story, you will find coastal decorated queen bedroom and single over full bunk with another twin over twin bunk, which share a full bathroom. You will also find the washer and dryer on this level. Last but not least on this floor is the master suite with a king bed and a million dollar view from your wall of windows. Unit is also equipped with one full size twin cot. That you can move around where you would like.

Unit is equipped with keyless entry, so closer to your arrival you will get you own personal code to enter. No hassle to pick up the keys.
The first floor you will find a carport to store your car, and all your beach belongings, little room attached off the side. With a quickie entrance to the beach and the mega shower area.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

Pet Friendly $200 first pet, $100 additional, up to 3. Please inquire if you have move than one pet. We will have to add the additional charges separately.

A separate security deposit for $750 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
