Welcome to Sea Charm - this oceanfront home has 4 BR, 2.5 BA & sleeps 12. The moment you step onto the huge deck and enter the home you will fall in love with the AMAZING views of the ocean here in Surf City. Tasteful beach décor throughout will help keep you on "island time" during your stay. Guests will enjoy TREMENDOUS ocean views from every room. The new deck offers unparalleled views down the beach with no houses to your right. Private beach access directly from the home!

Linens, towels, basic toiletries, beach chairs and toys are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

This main floor features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with direct access to the large private deck, full-size washer and dryer, full bathroom with tub/shower, and bedroom with a King bed and a Roku TV. Board and batten wainscoting and fresh paint throughout the first floor and up the stairs give the home additional beach charm.

The generous deck overlooking the ocean gives you the option of spending your days and nights relaxing with ocean views or you can walk right down the steps to enjoy the sand on the beach. Enjoy a meal outside at one of the outdoor dining tables or take a break from the sun and sit back and relax under the pergola.

Upstairs features all new flooring and paint, a full bathroom with tub/shower & vanity, a sitting area with a designated workspace overlooking the beach, a half bath, one King bedroom with a Roku TV, one Queen bedroom with a Roku TV, and one bedroom with 2 twin/full bunk beds and a Roku TV. (10 adults max due to the twin/full bunk beds)

All four bedrooms have ocean views and beautiful beach-themed quilts and have been painted the perfect colors to complete the beach décor.

There is a storage downstairs that has a propane grill, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys.

We strive to exceed the expectations of our guests and are available anytime to answer questions or address any issues.

To maintain the home and ensure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy, there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING permitted inside.

This is a one-of-a-kind beach home that has everything you need to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation and make memories to last a lifetime. We hope you will want to return for many years to come.

Guest will have access to the entire house except one owner's closet.

$200 non-refundable pet fee per pet for two dogs max.

A separate security deposit for $650 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
