Great property

Nolan was very easy to work with! He was accommodating to all of our questions. We enjoyed using the beach pass and pool pass. We appreciated all of the little things he has added to help make a family’s stay enjoyable! There were two fans which were much appreciated! The kitchen was stocked with all the little things you don’t know you need but appreciate having. We especially enjoyed the nice grill! Very great stay! We will be booking again soon

Perfect place for our stay!

This condo was perfect! Great location, clean, comfortable and perfect for the four of us. Bill was very easy to work with and very accessible for the few up front questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Fantastic Place

My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is incredibly clean and well kept. Would absolutely stay here again - the nature watching from the patio was awesome.

Great Rental

Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was perfect for my family, so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching golfers from the patio and walking the sidewalks of the PGA resort! Great location!

Excellent Stay

Everything was absolutely wonderful and the passes to Singer Island was definitely a plus. Excellent location and beautiful home. Everything was clean with a beautiful view to the golf course and close walking distance to all of the amenities at the PGA resort. Truly loved my time here.

PRIVATE, CLASSY SETTING

This is a nice, very quiet, and nice place and location. The bed was comfortable. It was not far from our activities. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

The property was well situated in a private, upscale golf community, with privileges at a nearby resort beach. Easily accessible by car to fishing, diving, and boating activities. The house was well appointed and communication with the owner was excellent.

Stay didn't happen due to Milton

We were not able to complete our stay due to Hurricane Milton. From the pictures and the promptness of the host, it looked like the condo was terrific and would fulfill our needs. When we contacted the host about the postponed tournament, he replied very promptly. We were able to work out all of the details. We look forward to possibly staying here the next time we are in Florida.
