The Space:
This beautiful home is located in the highly desired Duna La Quinta Community and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a 2 car garage. The living room has spacious seating options with a large smart TV and cozy gas fireplace with beautiful golf course views through the windows. The kitchen is completely upgraded and is fully stocked with all cooking essentials for extended stays. The main bedroom has a King size bed, an abundance of closet space and a spacious en-suite bathroom with large soaking sub and walk in shower as well as double vanities. The Guest bedrooms each have a queen size beds. There is a private patio overlooking the 4th hole of the PGA Dunes course and Santa Rosa Mountains, complete with a propane BBQ and plenty of seating options. Guests have full access to the attached 2 gar garage as well as full access to all community amenities.
This home is less than a mile from La Quinta Resort and is less than a 5 minute drive from Old Town La Quinta.
