Awesome property!

The place was as described. We walked to the beach with their provided chairs, umbrellas, and swim gear. It was very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and attractions.

Beach Go'ers park free, Renters get Towed.

Hard to find parking during the day due to beach go'ers parking for free, renters get towed at night if they forget to hang a sign from their mirror. Yes, we forgot on our seventh night. Got towed, waited for an Uber, waited to pay our towing fee, missed our flight home, waited at the airport for separate flights home. I recommend finding a place that has a better parking situation. The lot was 2/3rds empty when we were towed(5am), but during the day it's full and it's hard to find a spot.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay here! Property was very well kept. The view from the main balcony was fantastic! Back balcony view just a parking lot was still very nice. Very easy to check in and out, pool was conveniently located and very nice as well. South end of the beach was maybe a 5-7 minute walk. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for the minimal amount of cooking we did. Bedroom had plenty of storage space for clothes and was big enough to put our son’s pack n play next to the bed without it feeling cramped. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place and location but bad maintenance

Bad maintenance and hospitality. No way should I went 5 days without air; even the GM Rocio said that they dropped the ball on this air conditioning situation and that should been taken care of with in 24hrs

Nice Condo

Love the location!!!! Condo was nice minor flaws dishwasher not secured moves when you open the door. Big center piece of mirror missing but condo fully functioning. This is my second Rims staying at Dockside ?

The location was great. Lots to see and do.

The pictures definitely didn’t match the condo. The condo needs updating. Bathroom was a bit moldy and dirty. Kitchen was sufficient except there was a coffee maker with no carafe. When I tried contacting the owner and a representative I got absolutely no reply. Could have bought a new one for not much money and dropped it off very easily. So, really, the place just needs a few things to be attended to and a few things replaced. But, that’s a lot of money to have paid for things that can be fixed relatively inexpensive. Overall, it was ok, I wasn’t wowed.

Furniture in rough shape

The furniture is badly in need of replacing. Looks like 2nd hand junk. Bed has seen better days....very used. Ice maker in freezer broken and no ice cube trays. When we contacted Kevin at Pinelli to ask where to get ice we received no reply in the 2 weeks we were there.

Great stay in Clearwater Beach

Overall we loved our stay at Dockside. This is our third time in this building, first time in this until. The unit was clean and well equipped with the exception of no steak knives. A few things that could use some attention: The mattress could use replacing as we felt it was very uncomfortable. The front door sticks so that could be adjusted and the dishwasher door could also use some adjustment. The booking and checkin was simple, the communciation with iTrips was easy. The view is amazing and we would definitely rent here again. Love the location to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.

Picture online didn’t reflect actual accommodations

The picture of the condo online shows 2 bar stools by the counter. When we arrived we noticed the bar stools were not there. With only a small table it would of been nice to sit at a larger counter area to eat. Also was told there would one bar of soap to start. We arrived and that was not there also. We used our bottle of shampoo to get us through the evening to wash our hands. Didn’t feel like contacting the agency on a Saturday night. We made do. Also would of been nice to have a broom to sweep the floors. I used wetted down paper towels as I like to clean up after ourselves

Good of been better

The place wasn’t cleaned, I cleaned the floors. And the washer and dryer wasn’t working,which ended up waiting until Friday and they put a new one in and then didn’t hook it up which the cord was too small . As much as we paid for 10 days every should of been working. Wasn’t happy. They were in no hurry to make things right .

Close to everything

The location was great. It was close to restaurants, the beach, trails, everything. We went there for the beaches and the bike trails and thoroughly enjoyed both. The property was perfect for two people and was well equipped. We enjoyed having regular cable TV, which many properties don’t seem to have. Security was great with the few exceptions when guests would prop open the entrance door to the condos. It’s a small thing, but they should remove the prop on the door and post a sign. Everything else was awesome and I’d definitely rent again without hesitation. For cyclists or those you like to talk the trails and beaches, the location is perfect!

Everything you need fir an amazing vacation

I took my 2 daughters (8+13) for Christmas our first real vacation I was really nervous never used one of these sights but it was a very smooth legit experience. They responded very quickly to any questions very goid price for location! Seen dolphins at a fingertips touch it was absolutely amazing! Gulf view on one patio bay view on other I'd definitely recommend to a couple or small family. Couldn't ask for more. Secured building as well. Washer and dryer a definite plus

Other than the building being painted while there it was a good experience. The painters did cover all vehicles that could not be moved so that was good. It does look much better after the paint job

Great family of 4 condo

This condo was very cute not overly big but 2 adults and 2 young kids would do just fine. Sofas could be replaced the one had a couple stains and the bottom part of the pull out bed one of springs came off or something so mattress fell through in the corner however our littles don’t reach that part so it worked fine for them. Kitchen is updated and nice, bedroom was nice. I have one major issue the locks on the doors were alarming I have 2 young kids who slept in the living room on the pull out sofa and I had to put the other sofa in front of the door every night because you cane lock the door from the inside all you have to do is lightly pull the door handle and door flings open and there is a balcony right there. Made me very uncomfortable.. I called maintenance and he said he was going to come back the next day and he never did. I feel like that’s a big safety concern. Also the door to back balcony was tricky to lock also. Other than the door situation we had a nice stay we would come back as it wasn’t a far walk from the beach and nice dock view! Was very nice to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher made vacationing a lot more relaxing!

Great location

We all enjoyed staying at this condo. There is also a back private deck! Beach is close by, lots of items in the closet for the beach. We left an umbrella for others to use. Watched dolphins in the marina and the sunrises.
