Nice stay.

Very nice place with everything we could've asked for and more. Very clean and in a great location. Pool is also very nice and we loved the heron that seems to love the property as well. Thank you for the great memories!

Girls Trip

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The space was clean and comfortable. The landscaping, views, pool and patio were beautiful and very well maintained. The view on the intercostal waterway is serene and calming and the beach is a very short walk away. Many restaurants, shops and activities within walking walking distance as well. Loved our Girls Trip!

Great location, awesome experience

Overall a fantastic experience- great location, room was nice, pool was awesome. Only suggestion- wish we would have known there was no soap/shampoo provided. Otherwise, great location and would highly recommend.

Fine. Bed needs replaced

Was nothing extraordinary. Price was good. Property manager was great. The room was small. Bed was HORRIBLE. Needs to be replaced. Also the ac unit spits out little black balls of dirt/dust. Rather gross. Other than that had fun. Location was good. Probably will not return to this property will continue to go to the Sta n Pla down on Coranado. Thank you

Super location!

I rented this efficiently solely on location. Perfect walking distance to the beach, the restaurants, bars and all convenient stores and boutiques. The price was excellent. The apartment was cute and adequately stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The bathroom and kitchen were nice and clean but I felt the floors needed a more thorough cleaning. Quite dirty to the touch and would never have passed a “white glove” test. All in all it was a great place to crash for the weekend. We would definitely refer this place to others and go back ourselves. Thanks so much for having us!!

The location is great, walking distance to everything. The property listing is accurate, check in was quick and easy. Parking was no issue at all, plenty of open spaces.

Nice stay for a quick girls getaway

My friend and I stayed here for a quick girls getaway and we really enjoyed our stay. Darla was super responsive to our questions and messages. The kitchenette was well supplied and it met all our needs for our stay. I was super impressed with the water pressure in the shower and the ample supply of hot water. The pool was well maintained and had a gorgeous view. We loved how everything was within walking distance, just one block from Mandalay. We even drove to and from Disney one day and it was a super easy drive. Our only suggestions would be to have different bed coverings than sherpa lined blankets. The Florida beach heat and sherpa don't mix. There had been a mugging a couple of nights in to our stay that happened to some other guests in one of the other buildings and we ourselves had nearly been pick-pocketed or worse! I would just suggest not walking alone at night and even having some protection. There were some sketchy individuals around the building as well that made us feel unsafe at times to be honest. Better lighting for the building and walkways would be good as well as having the door that leads to the apartments (we were in D6) be locked at all times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if some of the safety issues were addressed.

This Place is Amazing!

Darla’s place was everything we hoped for and more! It was the perfect accommodations for us for a quick couple’s getaway. The unit is exactly as pictured. Everyone was super friendly, from the staff to the other guests. On our first night, there was an issue with the hot water. We went to the office and spoke with Susan and she quickly got it corrected. Everything was in short walking distance, so we barely used the car we rented. We will definitely be back and hopefully able to get this place again.

Very nice location and reasonably priced!

This was a long weekend stay for a wedding. Originally, I booked another room (D6) and was told it was unavailable due to weather proofing for the windows. We were given the B4 room instead. This room has a great view with lots of windows. The resort is located in a perfect spot near restaurants and the beach. The pool is very clean and nice. The dock is perfect for fishing. I would stay here again.

LOVED THIS PLACE!

This is the first time I have ever stayed in a studio and I absolutely loved this place! The studio I stayed in was great - the Murphy bed, the kitchen, the couch and the TV on the wall. The best was the bathroom that was just the right size and the round shower with the great shower heads. Everything in this studio looked brand new. The check in process was fast and the lady was very friendly. The pool was super clean and it backs up to the Harbor with a spectacular view of all of the boats. They play great music over the speakers during the day while you sit by the pool. In the evening they have a great sitting area out by the pool that I sat at every night and relaxed .The location of this property was perfect because I didn't need to rent a car. I flew into the airport and Ubered to this property. You only had to walk down the street to the beach and there were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance that you didn't need to worry having a car and finding a parking place. Also, was able to pre-order my groceries from Walmart and have them delivered to me when I checked in. absolutely loved this place! Can't wait till the next time I can come and stay here again.

Lovely trip

Great beach, great location and great apartment. With well equipped kitchen, it's got all I wanted. Whenever help was needed I was well assisted. Darla, the owner, has always been helpful - and so was the lady in charge, whose name fails me. The only two things I believe might be improved are the matress, which can be more comfortable, and the bathroom lamps, which can be more powerful. All in all I've had an awesome trip! !
