Denna fastighet är fortfarande som helt ny med alla som nya bekvämligheter och som nya möbler. Nytt läderrum för 2018. Den har ett kaklat öppet kök med alla som nya apparater. I kylskåp har en ismaskin och dispenser C E N T R A L..A I R C O N D I T I O N I N G håller enheten alltid bekvämt. Denna enhet är en av de trevligaste och renaste Ocean City New Jersey Semester tillgängliga.

Det finns en master svit med en privat däck med bekväma vadderade rotting utemöbler och en separat bakre ingången för att komma åt däcket så att alla inte behöver gå igenom sovrummet. Badrummen är kaklade med dubbla handfat i större bad och en granitskiva i master badet. Alla med Kohler badrumsmöbler. De är rena, rymliga och bekväma. Vi har lämnat gott om handduk och klädkrokar genom trängsel. Varje sovrum har en full längd spegel.

Tre sovrum har PILLOW TOPPED queen size-sängar, ett sovrum har våningssängar med topp tvilling och botten full storlek. Alla rum har takfläktar samt vardagsrum. Alla är fortfarande som nya. Vi har också gett dig en ny rostfri grill grill på vår nyligen renoverade terrass. Sun Sail Skuggad med massor av Palms för en avkopplande tropisk reträtt. Det finns också nyligen slutna utomhus duschar för duscha efter stranden eller när som helst. Rengör som ny tvättmaskin med full storlek och torkduk finns för din fri användning.

För våra gäster vi ständigt underhålla och ge många uppgraderingar till fastigheten genom ut året. Enheten är alltid hålls färska och så rena som skulle kunna vara. Husdjur och rökare är aldrig tillåtet någonstans på fastigheten. Två av parkeringsplatser finns på plats för din användning. Kvarteret är alla familjesemester som har en gammaldags bra tid.

Egenskapen handlar om ett kvarter från en ren, livräddare protected- WO RL D..CLAS S..BEACH som har en livräddare första hjälpstation, rena offentliga toaletter, Populära restauranger som serverar de bästa frukost, lunch och middag, och, Naturligtvis, i början av strandpromenaden med en ramp för cykling, löpning, promenader, eller bara sitta och titta på utsikten Alldeles i början av gatan.

Vårt hem ligger i en tystare, väl underhållna North End Island området. Det finns kyrkor, shopping, delikatessbutiker, glass palours, Parker, lekplatser och populära restauranger inom några kvarter. Everyplace är på gångavstånd. Det finns något eller inget att göra för alla precis utanför dörren.

Quiet and clean and close to everything you need

Check in was super easy with Anthony meeting us when we got there. Everything in the house worked and was super clean. Perfect house to have 1 large family or possibly 2 smaller families with the bunk beds. It was our first time using VRBO and renting from this owner and everything went smooth and easy and will use both again in the future.

Ocean City getaway

We were very pleased with our rental at Ocean City. Owners were very helpful, checkin was easy, house was super clean and unit was just what we needed. We had a very good time. Great summer weather. Rental is close enough to shore to walk and in a very nice neighborhood. We felt very at home.

We won't rent from them ever again

Very disappointed. Our first hint that this was going to be a bad vacation was when Anthony (the owner) called and questioned how many kids were staying after we submitted the contract and deposit. He included our 9 month old baby and 2 two year old toddlers with the 8 house guest limit and said he did not want 3 pack and plays all over the place. We thought this was ridiculous and made us feel like our family was not welcomed. We told him that we did not intend on bringing 3 pack and plays, that we were only bringing one and that we would respect his place like it was our own. When we got there the place was nice with bright colors and painted doors, the deck and patio was definitely a plus, and yes there were signs/instructions everywhere. We wanted to take showers after the long ride however the kids had to take cold showers because the owner forgot to turn the water heater on. i had to call to fix it. They conveniently had a grill outside but had a broken igniter. One of the keys got jammed in the front door so my brother could not leave the house. He gave us another set but it was broken all week. The walk to the beach was 3 long blocks with kids and beach gear. The stores and rides on the boardwalk were even further. We had some family stop by that were also staying in Ocean City. The next morning the owner stopped us outside right before going to the beach. Instead of pulling me and my wife aside he questioned us in front of our guests and made a scene. He said asked how many guests we had and said he watched one of them pull in last night (he counted the 9 month old baby again!). We tried to explain she was only visiting and he said we are not allowed any visitors. He made our guest feel awkward and uncomfortable while leaving us feeling embarrassed for being scolded by the man upstairs. This pretty much ruined our vacation on day 3 because of the way he treated us. It's not like we are teenagers. We're in our mid 30's and we did not have to deal with his non sense. We should have cancelled after our first gut feeling about the owner. He said we would have lost $100 if his place was still vacant if we cancelled. I should have coughed up the $100 and find a better house and owner. He did withhold $100 from the security deposit for "extra guest". If you don't mind the nosy inconsiderate owner upstairs watching over you go ahead and rent this house at your own risk. The house is better off without them.

Great Place For a Family Vacation!!

We rented this property and I will say this is one of the cleanest properties I have ever rented. The interior was painted very nicely and the colors etc were wonderful. The outside deck and patio are gorgeous!! I met the owners and they were very nice and accommodating to us. I want to thank them personally for sharing their home with us and the wonderful memories created during our family vacation!!

extremely clean, well kept rental

If you want a very clean, nice place to rent for a week, this home is for you. Within a 5 minute walk of the beginning of the boardwalk (which is a great boardwalk), and the home is at the nice quiet end of the island. There is a nice "sit down" restaurant next block up, a pizza carryout about 2 blocks down, and a convenience store/deli across the street. I was also able to find a nice playground for my 3 year old grandson, within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property, with only one negative comment. "you were asked to vacuum the carpet before leaving". I found this unnecessary, and a little petty, as I would hope the owners would include this as part of their cleaning regiment before renting to the next tenants. After packing suitcases, loading the car, and double checking to make sure you have your personal belongings, the last thing you want to do is vacuum. True, there are a lot of unnecessary signs placed in the unit, but just move them aside, and put them back when you leave. Again, I would highly recommend this rental, as it is a very comfortable home, in a great location, and clean.

Convenient Comfortable Home

We had a great week. This home is well maintained and very clean. I agree with a previous comment, the beds are very comfortable. We had 8 people there for most of the week and never felt crowded. The location is convenient, 2 blocks to the beach, deli across the street, great restaurant ½ block away and a short walk to the boardwalk. The beach at the end of St James place was a good size beach. The house is nicely decorated and we enjoyed the back deck and patio. The owners are upstairs but we hardly saw them after check in. I would definitely recommend this home.

Delicious Colors

The colors in here are delicious. They made me Happy! Your upgrades have just made an already great place nicer yet! Being in the back Bedroom ,I love looking out and seeing all the greenery! Absolutely lovely! It couldn't be better but you'll probably think of something!

Summer 2014 - Hassles!

My family stayed in this property in July 2014. We are a 50-something year old husband and wife, with 2 children. We were joined by another 3 guests mid way through the week. The property was well maintained, but off-putting due to the numerous signs nailed to the wall and taped on numerous surfaces warning guests not to smoke, flush items down toilets, spray sun tan lotion in the home, leave bicycles on the porch, move furniture and other instructions (!). Once you could see past the numerous instructions, the home was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, but small, with a dining table that could only seat 6, and no other easy seating for meals. Shortly after arrival and unpacking we received a call from the owner, who instructed us to move our "over-sized" van from the property, because it was parked to close to the fence that had just received a $600 paint job. The owner went on to state that he received a picture of the Van, which was taken by his wife upstairs. We immediately moved the van, but felt it would have been much more professional for the owners upstairs to come downstairs and have a face-to-face conversation with us, and not surreptitiously take pictures and send them to the husband! The walk to the beach was an easy few blocks. There was a nice deli across the street. The owners do not provide beach tags (unusual for Ocean City). The backyard has nice atmosphere, but beware, the owners walk through the area to get to their upstairs apartment instead of using their front door entrance. This also felt like a way for the owners to "keep their eye on guests" and it felt very intrusive. Luckily, we had good weather and spent most of our time at the beach or out and about. We left the apartment cleaned, as instructed (another annoyance; guests who pay top dollar are asked to vacuum the unit!) and waited for our security deposit. It came at the last moment, and was short $25. When I called the owner to inquire about the money, the Owner stated that one of his "No Sun Tan Lotion Signs" was missing from the Dining Table, and that he deducted the money because we must have taken his sign. I told him the sign was placed on top of the refrigerator to make room for meals on the table, and could he look to see if the sign had fallen behind the fridge? Well, no response from the Owner. The unit is clean (not spotless), comfortable, but not worth dealing with controlling Owners who seem to look for reasons to keep security deposits.

Great place to stay

Very nice layout for the first floor and the colors on the walls and doors makes it very beachy. All the conveniences of home , plenty of bedrooms. Really clean. We all enjoyed our stay for the long weekend. Great place to stay
