Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property, and the property manager was quick to respond to our questions & concerns. However, the Heavenly Rez service, which we contacted first, was slow to respond to our questions. When it did respond, it gave some conflicting information.There were some issues with the second floor neighbors, who frequently seemed to be stomping around, though we think that may have just been thin floors/ceilings (whenever they flushed their toilets, ran a shower, and/or turned on water, it sounded like it was in whatever room we were in on the first floor). They also disposed of their recycling in plastic bags, which all of the signs clearly state not to do so, and we took it upon ourselves to rip open the bags, put the recycling in the containers, and throw out the plastic bags in the trash cans.
