Welcome to our hidden lake front villa, a truly Alaskan experience. This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath house just a 10 minute drive from downtown Fairbanks. Featuring a large wrap around deck where you can fire up the grill outside, unwind by the serene water, and awe at the northern lights above. Washer and dryer access too. Our home will remind you why you choose to book with AirBnb and leave you with unforgettable memories of your lake front Alaskan getaway. This spacious house features 3 beds and 2.5 baths. There is a large yard and wrap around deck as well as a floating dock to enjoy. Guests have access to all rooms except for the garage which is locked. We are available any time for questions about the house and area In a quiet lakefront neighborhood close to everything Fairbanks has to offer There is spacious parking in front of the house

Awesome getaway

It was the perfect place to stay for a girls trip. Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of beds, lots of room to relax and hang out. Loved being able to see the northern lights out on the back deck. Appreciated being able to communicate with the owner if needed.

Aurora lights get away

My wife and I stayed here with her mother and good friend. We stayed in October 2024 with ice and snow on the ground. It was a beautiful place to enjoy the weather and view the northern lights from the windows and deck! The fireplace was fabulous and well stocked with firewood! If we plan another trip to Fairbanks we will definitely be staying here again!

The view was beautiful. The house was nice. The house could have been a little cleaner but all in all it was a great place to stay!

Convenient and beautiful lake view

Property is close enough to the restaurants and shops of Fairbanks that most things are less than 10 minutes away. Lake had boats and jetskis, so definitely being used, but it's primary purpose for us was to have a beautiful view out the family room and main bedroom windows While there are enough house around the lake that there are darker places to watch the Northern Lights, it is pretty hard to beat just looking out your window until you can see them, and then going out on the deck to enjoy them. While we were there at the very beginning of Aurora season (very late August), and it was cloudy most nights, we still had one night that the clouds broke enough that we got to enjoy them from the back deck. Bedrooms are comfortable, with large smart TVs in the rooms. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and basics, so you don't have to waste time shipping for spices and such.
