Nyligen uppdaterad 3 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet ligger direkt vid Mexikanska golfen. Vår enhet ligger på översta (5: e) våningen med utsikt över både Mexikanska golfen och Intracoastal Waterway. (Vill du ha en golffront? Kolla in min andra egendom 3967660). Luftkonditionerade enheterna sover 8 personer bekvämt. Kök och badrum uppdaterades, nyligen kaklade de viktigaste vardagsrummen.
Enheten innehåller en helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek gratis. Det finns en stor parkeringsplats framför byggnaden, med 2 platser tillgängliga, gratis för hyresgäster.

Gratis samtal överallt i USA! En inbyggd säkerhetsskåp belägen i master sviten.
På en privat strand, privat pool och spa, privat fiskebrygga, privat picknick och grillplats skapar det perfekta paradiset.
Byggnaden har båda hissarna är trappor. Det finns restauranger, tavernor, shopping och attraktioner runt omkring. Från nöjesparker, bukten, Lowry Park Zoo, kulturcentra, sportevenemang, museer, kasinon, akvarier, teatrar, naturreservat osv ... med 14 mil sandstränder kommer du aldrig att bli uttråkad, såvida du inte har val!

Family getaway!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, and description was accurate! We had a blast, owner was easy to contact and answered any questions in a timely manner! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a beach stay! Great location, right on the beach, nice size pool & hotub and elevator access.

Family vacation. The location of the property was perfect! The beach was well supervised and clean. Loved the cool and lighter brown/white sand. The condo’s pool was kept clean daily and nice. The condo itself was nice for this location, a little outdated, a few spots were missed in cleaning, spiderwebs and dust, not huge deal. The rooms were spacious, but one room did not have a ceiling fan or ceiling lights. The remotes for the lights in the other two rooms and living room, seemed to work off of the same circuit. You would turn off or on the light and it would work opposite down the hall or living room. Only a small table light, in the twin bed room. It was equipped for the beach. It was equipped for dishes, however we had to go buy bathroom shampoo and wash. We had to buy garbage bags, etc. Condo has 1 elevator for all floors, so slow. We also had trouble with condo lobby lock and codes. It was not only us. It was other visitors as well. They had to end up, taping off the main door to the lobby.Overall it was worth it and would probably stay again.

Family Vacation

The property worked great for our family vacation. The condo had plenty of beach items for use which was an added bonus. We had some issues with a key and the owner solved the problem quickly for us. Overall a great stay.

Sand Dollar Getaway

Cindy was absolutely amazing! We checked in on Memorial day weekend and the rental company forgot our wrist bands for the property. By the time realized the company was closed for the long weekend - Cindy called me personally and let us use her personal stash - Thank you so much!! The condo was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 5. Extra beach towels and toys for the sand was a definite plus! Highly recommend this property as well as the owner 🌊

Beautiful beach, great location.

We were very happy with our stay here. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The beach was not crowded and is very easy to get to. We enjoyed it very much!

Family Spring Break

Pros: The condo unit was exactly as described. Very spacious, lots of room for the 7 of us to enjoy. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great Location. Beach was literally right past the pool. Not too crowded. Balcony had plenty of furniture and you could see both the ocean and the intercoastal from your perch on the 5th floor. You can rent beach lounger/cabanas. Lots of parking. Cons: The elevator. Not only is it super slow but it is small and cramped. Wish there were more dishes. Not enough bowls for everyone. Could really use a keyless door. Sounds like there used to be one and it broke. Hard to share keys for 7 for the condo unit, bathroom by the pool and staircase. Not enough chairs by the pool. If you don't get down early you will not get a chair. People would "reserve" 8 chairs for their group and only 2 were at the pool, no idea where the rest of their group was maybe the beach. There were multiple groups that did this.

The perfect getaway

The condo is superb, clean and comfortably furnished, with plenty of room. The amenities are great, we enjoyed the pier, pool and hot tub and long walks on the beach. The location can’t be beat, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to attractions. We’ll definitely be back.

Great place

we had a wonderful family vacation. Condo itself was so nice and comfortable. . Sand Dollar itself could do some upgrades to extremely slow elevator and not needing a key or code for pool, beach gate(that barely works) and a key for the pool bathroom. Indian Shores is wonderful and we made some great memories

Family Vacay

We took a family vacation for the first time in 10 years. We have a blended family now, and had the best time even if we were in the middle of RED TIDE. We weren't able to get on the beach but one day, that didn't stop us from going to the pool and still enjoying our time together. We laughed, played and enjoyed ourselves the entire time. We definitely will be back. Great location to everything.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo is very large. Plenty of room for a large family. Very well stocked with beach chairs, towels and toys! Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The property owners were very accommodating and easy to work with! I would definitely stay there again!! The Adkins family

Enjoyed the property and views

Loved the location on the beach and pool. We had 7 guest including two 22 year Olds, two 19 year olds and an 18 year old. The space in the living room and bedrooms were perfect. Loved the morning coffee on the patio. To improve the stay it would have been nice to have enough dish soap to hand wash some dishes and an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Only what was on the roll is provided. The dryer was not working upon arrival. The property management took 24 hours to respond back. Fortunately my husband is talented knowing how to fix the dryer spending about 1 hour of our vacation. A small token credit was offered for the inconvenience. We were surprised at all the beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. That was wonderful! Also the property did have some beach towels available. Overall great location and enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful stay at fully equipped condo

We had wonderful vacation at Indian Shores and this condo was perfect for our family. We traveled with 3 teens, my father, my husband and I. The condo was big enough for everyone to spread out & have their own bed. The view is beautiful! The balcony does not face the Gulf - but still has a great view of the Gulf & the channel! Amazing that you’re able to catch sunrise & sunset from the same place! We appreciated having beach chairs, beach towels, & umbrella available to use. We saw sting rays 3 different days swimming right up to the shore! This area is quiet, not overly crowded - but close to shops & restaurants. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Thanks for making your condo available, Cindy - we loved it!

Great location

The unit was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. Loved the breeze and views of the inter coastal and gulf from the balcony. Nice roomy bedrooms. Great kitchen for making family meals. We appreciated and enjoyed having the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas provided for the beach! The management company should have but did not provide the beach gate code and we had to get that information by asking others on property. Overall a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Great location!

The location of this unit was absolutely amazing. The private beach, pool, and hot tub were great! The unit itself had a lot of space, there was 8 of us and there was enough room for all of us. The 2 twin beds were a bit uncomfortable and we were really disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit, especially for the amount you have to pay for a cleaning deposit. Also with it being rented out by a different facility it was a little inconvenient to have to drop the keys off 30 minutes away instead of just leaving them in the condo at check out. However overall it was a great stay!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving with the Family

The property was great. It was clean and very large. My wife and I stayed with my daughter, son in law, grand daughter age 3 1/2 and grandson 1 1/2. The beach and heated pool got plenty of our time. We had all of the beach supplies that we needed, chairs, umbrellas, blankets, toys and shovels etc. It afforded a wonderful holiday vacation. Plenty of places to eat and visit. We’ll be back!

I fell in love with this condo initially because of its location. My girls were babies at the time of purchase and I wanted a vacation property to be stress-free. The thought of packing up all our beach needs, dragging it & my babies to a spot 'steps from the beach' didn't sound stress-free. I didn't want to be 'near' the beach, I wanted a property ON the beach. I love to simply walk outside & this stunning beach is at your feet.

The fishing pier is amazing! It's beautiful and private to our building.
We have a beachside pool and hot tub - heated year round.
Our building attracts families, both young and old. I love that multi-generations of a family can vacation together & everyone is comfortable. We've met wonderful people around the pool area, from all over the world.
