Hillside Cabin med fantastisk utsikt!

En vacker, rymlig bergsresa med fantastisk utsikt över hela staden Pine och Matazalbergen i söder. Avslutad 2007, har detta 2 350 kvm / ft hem 4 sovrum, 3 badrum och ett fullt utrustat kök inklusive, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, skafferi och dubbla ugnar.

Det finns 3 sovrum och 2 bad på övervåningen, samt kök, matplats och familjerum. Dessutom, i nedre våningen, finns det en andra master svit med en drottning sovrum och en bäddsoffa soffa och ett badrum med dusch i stall. Det finns också en full tvättstuga inklusive ett lerrum tillgängligt från garaget nedervåningen. Garaget är 1 000 kvadratmeter och är fäst med parkering för en bil. Garageportarna är 10 meter höga så att de kan rymma en stor lastbil.

Det finns fyra TV-apparater totalt med DISH-nätverk. Befälhavaren svit har eget badrum och en arkadia dörr som går åt wrap runt däck. Befälhavaren har också en stor platt-TV med en DVD-spelare. Det finns en stor stenstenad vedeldad öppen spis i vardagsrummet på övervåningen. Köket och familjerummet är öppet koncept med bekväma sittplatser, en skinnsoffa och två skinnstolar, ett matbord med plats för 8 och ett pubbord som kan utvidgas till att sätta ytterligare 4. Pubbordet fungerar också som ett pusselbord och är framför golv till tak chaletfönster som fångar den fantastiska utsikten.

Stugan ligger på en 1. 5 tunnland terrass, sluttning parti i en liten underavdelning av anpassade bostäder som kallas Pine Mountain Acres. Området består av cirka 40 bostäder på 1+ tunnland mycket. Det är en blandning av heltidsinvånare och helgare. Fastigheten ligger ovanför Pine Creek och ser ner på White Oaks Glen. Det är ett område som korsas av rådjur och älgar på väg till och från bäcken. Stora och små besättningar i området kommer tvärs över fastigheten på morgonen och sent på eftermiddagen / skymningen.

I arranged this trip for a family get away. My wife, her sister, and both kids with their significant others. The cabin was outstanding. Perfect location and the views were amazing. Looking forward to a fall trip there.

Highly recommend! The house is beautiful and the views are unbelievably stunning. Fully stocked with the essentials. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for parking (including with trailers) but the driveway is very steep. We will be back.

This is an incredible property with breathtaking views. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. This was our second summer renting this home. We plan on coming back for a third visit next year!

Lovely home with amazing views of Pine Creek Canyon. We loved sitting on the spacious deck for morning coffee and in the evenings to watch the sunsets and later the night skies full of stars. Comfy beds and everything needed in the kitchen was provided. Only challenge for us flat landers was climbing the many stairs to enter the home.

Prepare for rules posted everywhere —

After finding the home(at the top of 2 massive hills our car barely made it) we arrived and never received the code to open the door. I called and texted the owner, no response. So I contacted vrbo, after standing in the sun for 20 minutes waiting to get in I finally got the code to open the door. Owner did respond to me fairly after. We were greeted by 4 pages of rules, everything from what to cook where to having to take all trash with you. Everywhere you look there was a framed note with a rule on it , there was also sticky notes everywhere reminding of rules. The water wouldn’t get hot, so I contacted the owner again, we soon figured out the hot water issue BUT the water pressure turns off on its own constantly. Water kept turning off on you while washing dishes and in the shower. There was women’s hair all over the shower wall upstairs..We attempted to cook but the oven would not work so we opted to use the BBQ. There was no knives so having to cut steak with a butter knife was fun. To make bacon and pancakes in the morning we were told we HAVE to use the skillet, NO stove. . So we did, but the skillet was WORN and rusted and it took 1 hour to cook 1 small packet of bacon. We were thrown back at the amount of personal stuff ALL OVER the house. All closets in the rooms were stuffed with person stuff, bathroom cabinets , garage,everywhere! There was even a car garage. Prepare to walk on eggshells while here, no relaxing allowed with having to remember EVERY RULE!!!

Nice stay

This is not the first time we stay at this place. It has definitely been well maintained throughout the years. It continues to have an amazing view. The Google maps directions at the very end are misleading.

Beautiful location with views!

The property is located in the hills above Pine and the views are very beautiful. The house was clean, well stocked and we had a very nice trip. One thing that did surprise us because it’s not mentioned in the ad, is that you have to pack your garbage out and the filling station at the bottom of the hill charged 5/bag for dumping your garbage in their bin. For the money you’re paying for the place, we did feel that it would have been more appropriate to put your garbage in the can in the garage and ask the cleaning people to take it away when they clean the house.

Problems with the hot water and main tv.

It was a nice get away but we had problems with showers there was no Hot water we did contact the host but wasn’t able to help out in any of our questions. Also the family room tv didn’t work or connect with the control very outdated equipment hard to use. Host was not very helpful even on the phone. Other than that the place was nice.

Beautiful views

Exactly as shown in pictures. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We went for Christmas and the house was decorated for the holiday! We would definitely stay here again.Only suggestion is fill your trash bags completely. It was suggested we dump trash at Tom’s Chevron in town . When we took our trash to Tom’s they charge 5 per bag! We ended up bringing our trash Home with us.

It was our second time staying here and loved it even more than the first time. It’s so spacious, large rooms, large great room. And the view…GORGEOUS. This is the place to stay in pine!

Amazing Property!

This property is everything you could ever want! We have returned to it several times, and each time, it is incredible. The house is inviting, and the views truly are the best in Pine. Fire wood is supplied for the beautiful rock fireplace. The check-in process was easy, all appliances and electronics worked well, and the beds were comfortable. As a Southern girl, you know I loved the porch swing! A bonus is the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage, and being able to park one car in the garage. I have nothing negative to say about this home. It is incredible!

Beautiful view!!

The view from this property is beautiful! Watching the sunset, overlooking the pine trees, it is so peaceful. We saw a few elk on the property in the early morning. The home is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the cabin had all fhe amenities you need. Plenty of firewood is provided. Plenty of seating. Only downside we had, you have to take any trash you accumulate with you when you leave.

Very nice view

We had a great 2 nights stay at the cabin. Very nice view. Fully furnished with a lot of amenities. Very clean. The only problem was that they don't have trash service and we had to take the trash to the gas station

Perfect weekend getaway!

We were staying in town for a wedding. There were 7 of us. This place was perfect with 2 master suites and 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is decorated nicely and has everything that you could possibly think that you would need. The property manager was very kind and messaged us before our stay letting us know that we could check in early if we wished and also let us know that we could check out anytime on the last day of our stay. We will definitely book this home again in the future for our next Pine getaway. Only heads up is that the driveway is very steep, but it was no issue for our trucks. Thanks for the great stay!

This property has the best views on the Mogollon Rim. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room, bedsand patio furniture were very comfortable. The host is the best…excellent communicator!

I am an Arizona native and I grew up in the valley and in Pine. My parents built a cabin in Pine in 1980 that we enjoyed on the weekends and holidays with friends and family. I have many wonderful memories of perfect springs, fabulous summers, colorful autumns and beautiful snow covered holidays. We built this house on a hillside in the northeast corner of Pine in 2007 and have enjoyed it ever since. Pine is still the same small town I love. The views are spectacular from every window and the wildlife is amazing. You can do as much as you want or nothing at all! It's all about how you define vacation time.

Enjoy hiking, fishing, biking, bird watching, etc...

There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage. There is a large stone fireplace in the family room with floor to ceiling chalet windows, comfy couches and recliners. A wrap around deck to enjoy to the views, the wildlife and the peace and quiet.
