Very clean. Lots of room. Large kitchen. The house has a great layout and is cozy. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet. The hosts are kind and respond quickly to any queries.

This is our third year staying at this property. The house is very clean and everything we need is there. We like having the kitchen and the washer and dryer available. The rooms are a good size. Tom and Betty are wonderful hosts who are great with the communication. I would recommend this property !

Everything is amazing other than the fact that the private beach access is non existent. Went down the directions given and ended up at a dead end!

When you get to the dead end, there is a path through the trees to walk to the beach!

The accommodation was pleasant and well-located, though air conditioning would have been appreciated given the price. The promised "smart TV" didn't work; it wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. The listing mentioned Netflix access, but none was available, and the remote controls were missing batteries. After a day of sports, having easy access to some entertainment is a basic expectation. One final annoyance was having to handle the disposal of recycling and trash ourselves; given our schedule, the designated disposal site wasn't even open. That said, we had everything we needed for cooking, showering, and sleeping.

Our Invermere Stay

The place was very nice and a quiet neighborhood. Also a great view of the mountains with deer in the back yard. Would recommend and stay there again.

House is up the hill away from the lake but lots of room and parking. We have stayed here twice and recommend it for families.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! We originally had concerns with lack of air conditioning but even during a heat wave it was very comfortable. We would definitely come back and would recommend ot to pir friends and family.
