Beautiful cabin on a wonderful property. The cabin exceeded expectations, very spacious, perfectly designed, very clean, extra welcoming and felt just like home. Comfortable furniture and beds and the kitchen had everything you need to whip up a meal. Lake access was amazing. The dock was perfect to hold our rental pontoon for our stay. The trot to the lake was a steep one, I can see why it’s recommended to have a 4x4 or atv. We used our truck, it worked but it was a tight squeeze. Next time we’ll bring our UTV to haul our fishing gear to the lake. Excellent location and sooo looking forward to coming back. The binder provided was an excellent resource with lots of tips and information on things to do in the area. The host was a very responsive and helpful with my questions before our trip. Zero issues during our short stay. Douglas Lake has our heart and this trip only made that love grow greater. Looking forward to our next stay at Cedar Creeks.

Excellent house and property. The house is beautiful clean and well built. As described in listing. I would highly recommend. Three needs improvements: 1) Bears attracted by bird feeder. Bear s two or three times a day, until the bird food ran out. 2) Alarm. We were unable to disarm quickly enough and were subjected to ear piercing alarm. 3) There were no basic items in the house other than soap and toilet paper. After a long drive we realized we needed to buy everything from shampoo, foil, spices, coffee, etc. It is 20 minutes to anywhere from the cabin
