Clean and Comfortable

We stayed here for the Austin Rodeo Livestock Show. It was very clean, comfortable, easy to find, and the owner was amazing at communicating. I will rebook next year if it’s available!

Great Property and Awesome Owners

In town for a football tournament, check-in was super easy and the owners even left us a welcome basket since out daughter had to miss Halloween. Very clean and overall very nice property.

Great place to stay!

We loved this stay. Everything worked, AC and heat did their job quickly and easily, pillows and beds were comfy, house was emaculate, shower was hot and tub was clean with a bath mat (helpful with kids!). Extra toys and books were a nice touch, along with the heavy curtains for a nice black-out for naps. I couldn't have asked for a better place!

Beautiful Home

My family came in from out of town to visit and the home was absolutely gorgeous. The host Kristin really went out of her way with making the stay happen for us and for that we are grateful. Def a great place to book, would book again!

Great Eclipse Get-Away

Charming well-stocked home in a great neighborhood! Nice backyard for viewing the total eclipse and walking distance to several beautiful parks. Enjoyed all the wildflowers and birds in the area - great trip all around!

Nice suburban oasis north of Austin

Great location just to the north of Austin. Easy access to major highways but in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful and communications were great. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful Stay

New years get away

My family and I stayed for the weekend of New years and it was a lovely experience. The house was very beautiful and in a great location to all the spots we wanted to go to. Overall was a great get away! We will definitely book this house again in the future!

Hi, my name is Kristinn and my husband's name is Kyle. We are the owners of this home. I'm grew up in East Austin, and this was our first home. It was the home we planned our future together. My husband did all of the remodeling in it himself. We started our family in this house. We are excited about being your host as we did alot of traveling early in our relationship and we understand the important pieces you are looking for when you plan to go stay somewhere. You want reliability. You want a hot shower with good pressure, a clean space, fast internet, a Tv that works, a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and if you are like my husband, a place you can sit on the back patio and have a cigar with friends. You also want to feel safe wherever you are. We want to make sure we mark all of those items for you. Come and stay a while.

I loved the location. It was close to the Domain, the cost of living was a bit lower than living downtown. It made sense for where I worked too.

I think what makes this property unique from others in our area would be that the inside has been redone and upgraded. It has additional lighting throughout the interior and exterior, new counters, upgraded shower, and well kept lawn.
