Great location. Perfect size for a small group of people. Shower was a nice six as compared to other showers in previous rentals within the condo. Air conditioning was great.

Very nice accommodations. Within walking distance to the beach. My grandson loved the pool area. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to our concerns (which was an issue on our part, nothing to do with the property).

Our family of five had an amazing time staying in this condo. This condo is very clean and equipped with all household items. One thingI love about this place, is it had beach chairs, beach wagon and beach towels all for use. Aother thing I’d like to mention is how the host always responded in a timely manner. We give this condo a five star rating.

Little Getaway

Place was just right for a little getaway. Easy beach access, indoor pool and hot tub was great for cooler days and location was convenient to restaurants on the island.

Our first time to Hilton Head Island and this was a good location. The weather was colder than expected but we made the most of it. Elevators were broken or down more than they were up and running - nothing to do with the unit but still disappointing especially when trying to "move-in" or "move-out".Would consider staying again.

Not for Us

Property is old and needs attention. Elevator very slow, combination to enter not updated, so couldn’t enter til Kim fixed. Gate would not let my daughter and granddaughter with all their bags be picked up by family with same last name, fire alarm sounded and scared them. My partner and I left very early and they said staying there was awful. I felt really bad.

Nice, clean place for a small family - the dining table is a good size for puzzles or games for folks into that. The location is excellent for the beach and not far from other attractions, but also not overly crowded or crazy. We could have used another trash bag and roll of toilet paper, but other than that the condo was well stocked. The deck is screened in, which is nice. The "lagoon" it overlooks, however, is more of a retention pond with a fountain with a parking lot right behind it. That didn't bother us, but if you're hoping for a condo with an excellent view, this probably isn't it. Overall an excellent choice for a family that wants convenience and to be able to get to the beach easily.
