This pool house is centrally located 15-20 min from The Strip, the airport, and Allegiant stadium (home of the 2024 Super Bowl).

The house is located in a peaceful development with a sports bar just outside. And 2 min. away is a large shopping complex, a park, grocery stores, and lots of restaurants. 10 min. away is Cawabunga Bay Water Park, and on Nov. 20, 2023, Durango Station Casino opens only a 5 min. drive.

VEGAS STAY

The home was amazing and the host was helpful with all my needs and accommodations. Only hiccup was we needed to purchase our own supplies since we ended up running out but that doesn't change the fact that the stay was amazing and my kids loved the pool and home. The location was great and just up the street was stores for all of our extra needs.

This house was easy to find. Clean spacious. The host was very attentive to questions and went out of his way to assure my satisfaction. Would love to stay again

Bachelor party so we need to go back this one

We wanted a place to crash for our ventures in Vegas. This place was great. The host was awesome when we couldn’t figure out a pool he stopped by recommended some cool places.

Amazing stay and location

Had a great time with my family and friends. It's an easy Uber ride to the Strip and any attractions you want to experience. Or you can stay at the house and relax. It's less than a mile from a main shopping area. It was ready get supplies and groceries.

Outstanding Owner

Jason was awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate us with a late minute booking. He worked on short notice to make sure our stay was the best. The place is as advertised and he was a pleasure to work with. 😊 Thank you Jason we really appreciate all you did. Daryl

Suboptimal Experience

The communication with the host was great. Jason was very prompt in providing instructions and answering our queries. However, the cleanliness of the property was not great. The floors were sticky and the sink was dirty. The coffee machine in the kitchen was also full of stains and not usable at all. Even the carpets along the stairs were also full of stains to an extent that we were not comfortable stepping on the floor barefoot. The property listing said we could sleep 10. However, the two pullout beds were shaky and the mattresses were very worn out. We also didn't have any clean sheets to use on the pullout beds. While Jason offered to help fix the bed, the mattresses were too worn out for our comfort. Since this was a last minute reservation, we were okay with adjusting with the conditions but we definitely expected better from a VRBO property
