THE SPACE

Comfort
• We have 100% cotton bedding on all beds with white bedding (microfiber duvets). Don’t trust vacation rentals that don’t use white bedding and towels! All mattresses are medium firm and fiberglass-free.
• Beds feature plenty of ultra-comfy gel pillows.
• The house is completely tiled with laminate in some areas and absolutely no carpet, to keep the floors clean and cool.
• We have both shutters and blackout curtains on all windows to ensure total darkness in rooms for the best sleep possible.
• EcoBee thermostats are installed, and the house has two separate HVAC units.
• Year-round optionally heated saltwater pool:*
• We heat the pool in two ways: with a solar blanket and natural gas to give you the best pool experience possible. The pool is large and fully fenced. It's a “3-4-5” style pool—shallow on both ends and 5 ft deep in the middle. We provide floaties and balls for added fun.

Outside
• The house features a shaded covered patio with two tables and 12 chairs for outdoor seating, along with a propane grill and an outdoor wine and drink cooler.
• Our saltwater pool is large and follows the “3-4-5” depth layout: shallow on each end, 5 ft in the middle. Heated via solar blanket and optionally with natural gas using our oversized 400,000 BTU heater, it offers a steamy, luxurious, unforgettable experience (think giant Jacuzzi!).
• Important: Keep the solar blanket on when the pool is not in use to conserve up to 90% of energy loss.
• The front and back yards are fully landscaped with fountain grass, cat palms, sago palms, creeping fig, bougainvillea, and Mexican birds of paradise.

Entertainment
• Enjoy our 120-inch projector screen with surround sound, outdoor propane grill (guests refill propane if empty), patio furniture, optionally heated pool, Foosball table, professional 8-ft concrete slate pool table, and 5 smart TVs.
• Smart TVs are Roku-enabled and support casting from your phone.
• Streaming services include NFL Sunday Ticket, Paramount+, Disney+, HBO Go, Showtime, and Netflix. Just log into your account through Roku and enjoy!
• Board games, poker chips, and cards are also available.
• Internet is Verizon Wireless 5G at 100 Mbps with unlimited data and no throttling.
• We even have the classic X-Men arcade game for retro gaming fun.

• To your right: the projector movie room with a white leather couch, Roku-enabled projector, and surround sound.
• Past the family room is a fully stocked, extra-large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a 3-door Whirlpool fridge (with ice maker and water purifier), garbage disposal, dishwasher, and custom American cabinetry.
• A formal dining area provides ample seating for larger groups. Nearby is a traditional gas wood-burning fireplace.

Downstairs off the kitchen:

Note: Add-on must be selected for all days of your booking (not just one). 90°F is similar to a warm bath. Contact us after booking to add pool heat.
