Fit the entire family around the 10 seater dining table (with space for more). Spread out between the two living rooms, and game room. Watch epic films in the theatre with leather recliner theater seats and your very own popcorn machine.

This home is located on top of a hill with incredible panoramic views of the Front Range mountains. The 3800 square feet house has plenty of space for multi-family gatherings. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to reach off the I-25 freeway, around the corner from Ute Valley trails, less than 10 min from Garden of the Gods, UCCS, and the U.S. Air Force Academy entrance, and no more than 15 min to downtown Colorado.

Bedrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms that can fit 10 adults comfortably and a theater that has 2 fold out mattresses with bedding for kids or smaller adults. The 4 bedrooms have hangers, laundry baskets and luggage racks for your convenience.

Bathrooms:
- 3 1/2 bathrooms
- 3 hair dryers
- 2 diffusers for those with curly hair.

Game Room:
We made the lower living room into the game room with fun for everyone. It has an air hockey table, oversized Jenga and Connect 4, board and card games, game table, and a smart TV with a Super Nintendo for people to re-live the glory days.

Parking:
- Please note that overnight street parking is NOT allowed in this neighborhood.
- Please respect our neighbors by pulling all your vehicles into the driveway and garage.
- There is plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage.

TVs:
All the TVs are Roku equipped with Guest mode so that you can sign into your favorite viewing apps and watch what you please. It will even sign you out on your departure day. Or, you can simply cast from your phone or tablet.

Family Friendly for all ages. We provide baby gates, a pack-n-play and a high chair for families.

There is NO smoking of any kind allowed on the property.

No fireworks of any kind on the premises. This home is located in a "NO BURN AREA."

No parties or large events.

Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm- 8:00 am. Please just be respectful of the neighbors.

Deer are often walking around the neighborhood. For yours and the animals’ safety, please do not feed the wildlife.

This is a "Bear Aware" home. No food or garbage can be left outside. No doors left open unattended.

NO pets are allowed.
