- Plenty of sleeping space for the family - Sleeps 8

- Front Porch with Dining and gas Firetable.
- Back Porch with Grill, dining table and Firepit area.
-Total of 1.3 acres with 2 stalls and huge 1/2 acre turnout with round pen.
- Driveway is plenty big for your rigs and circle driveway makes it easy to park.
GUESTS:
-Guests will have complete access to the entire property including horse stalls.
ANIMALS:
Two horses allowed - poop dumpster on property with weekly pickup.
Small / Medium dogs welcome if not barkers, diggers or markers. Damage deposit will be required for dogs. If your dogs are responsible please bring them to enjoy the fully fenced yard.

We are originally from the Midwest, but have been in Arizona for 8 years. We love the feel of this town and the peacefulness of this property. We lived in this property for a few years and want to share the wonderful energy this place has to offer. We loved seeing the horses in our backyard and can make that happen for you too.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This is a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street close to town. Neighbors are friendly and also have horses to visit. The huge trees give you shade and a nice reprieve from the heat of the valley.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The views of Granite Mountain from the back deck and firepit area make it a great place to watch the beautiful Arizona sunsets while horses graze in the background. Plenty of room for the family to relax and enjoy the mild weather. You can bring your horses (2 max) and medium size dogs and the kids!
