What makes our home even more unique is that it is one of only a few free-standing condominiums in the Payday Condominium complex, meaning you won't be sharing walls with anyone else. This is the perfect destination for a peaceful and private getaway.

Our home is thoughtfully and classically decorated with exquisite furnishings and equipped with all the modern amenities you could want in a vacation home, including a stunning fireplace, a chef-inspired kitchen with swoon-worthy custom cabinetry, two king suites, a large dual-head shower in the master suite, a steam shower in the main floor additional bathroom, and a loft space that doubles as a private office and an additional sleeping option with a twin over twin trundle.

For winter enthusiasts, the Silver Star lift is just steps away, providing easy access to the Park City/Canyons Resort ski terrain (we don't know when this lift will or will not be operating; this is determined by Park City Mountain Resort). But if cross-country skiing or snowshoeing is more your style for winter activities, this home sits on the Park City Municipal Golf Course, which offers beautifully groomed cross-country ski trails, snowshoe trails on the flats, as well as more secluded trails up the mountain. And during the summer, you are sure to enjoy golf, hiking, and mountain biking right at your doorstep.

Our home is not only perfect for the outdoor enthusiast, though. If your idea of adventure sounds more like shopping at exclusive shops, dining at world-class restaurants, or just sightseeing, then the nearby free Park City shuttle makes it convenient to explore the area, including Historic Main Street,  Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort, Utah Olympic Park, and the Swaner Preserve, along with dozens of parks and open spaces.

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
