Enjoy the Ocean Breeze at Woody Cottage on the Oceanfront with 7 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths. This beautiful home offers open deck and deck furniture and is perfect for large families as their is ample room to be together but apart all in the same home! Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!
Ground Level:
This is an apartment style living arrangement with lots of privacy. There is a small Oceanfront Den,with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Small kitchenette (no microwave), bath, and private entrance. Streetside Bedroom #1 is off the kitchenette, with King and a private exterior entrance. This room can only be accessed by the hallway leading from bedroom #3 through the den and kitchenette. Bedroom #2 is Streetside and has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and a private exterior entrance. Bedroom #3 is Oceanfront with a King has a private exterior entrance. This bedroom's only interior access is through Bedroom #2. There are a total of 2 baths on this level. All private exterior entrances are paved. Washer & Dryer. Outside shower. Garage is not available for guest use at an time.

Large open living area with large deck facing ocean. Large dining Area. Kitchen/bar area with microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom #4 offers an Oceanfront Master Suite with Queen bed, private bath & open deck. Bedroom #5 is Oceanfront with Queen bed and open deck. Bedroom #6 is Streetside with Queen bed and Twin bed. Bedrooms #5 & #6 share a Full Bath. Bedroom #7 is Streetside with Queen bed and Twin bed and access to half bath.
Amenities Include: 3 Color Cable TVs, 2 DVD Players (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 Stereo/CD Players. Central HVAC. Charcoal Grill. Pack-N-Play.
Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.
