The house impeccable serene design will elevate your vacation experience. The space is flooded with natural light from its windows and skylights (With lake view, and 5 min walk to Lake Garfield private white sand beach and access to variety of activities the Berkshires has to offer and the proximity to the town of Great Barrington- your time will be full with excellent choices. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. 5 Bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with 2 oversized smart TV’s, 2 washing and 2 dryer machines, all quipped Chef Kitchen, Dining Room and Front & Rear Decks. The beautiful property includes a Front and Rear yards with outdoor Hot Tub & Solo smokeless Fire pit. Topped by easy walk to lake Garfield white sandy white beach, boat launch access, picnic tables and lifeguard. Our guests are welcome to use our Kayak & puddle board that are stored by the the public beach during the season

The modern Ski house has a lot of natural light and a beautiful view of Lake Garfield. The quiet neighborhood allows for privacy and lake access within a very short walking distance . Located at the heart of the Berkshires MA, it provides a beautiful rural landscapes with lakes, mountains and many trails in the area to explore. With Butternut Ski Resort located just 7 min. drive and Otis Ridge is 13 min driving distance, the house vicinity to great variety of activities, places to visit and cultural & culinary experiences would allow you return to it at the end of the day with all the comfort that you'll need.

Our lake house has 2 Living Rooms which allows for different age groups to gather around different activities. The 5 bedrooms are private and offer a lot of natural light. With 4 full bathrooms, it offers everyone the comfort and privacy needed. The Hot Tub and Fire Pit offer additional fun outdoor activities.
Our home has 4-5 parking spaces in our drive way.
