Clean Convenent Stay in DC Area

Clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in DC area. Communication was good with host. A couple of broken items (laundry door and bathroom faucet) but otherwise just as advertised. Nice to have access to a pool in this heat!

Great Location, close to Metro Station

Over all apartment is well equipped, clean and secure to apartment building. The two bedroom, two bath is excellent for family or two couples.

Fair weather host

Stay was disappointing because they didn't address either of the 2 items that were broken in the Vrbo. They, like a good host, sent a message on day one and asked that if there was anything that would keep me from giving a 5 star review to let them know so they could fix it. So after the first night I mentioned that the light switch in my grandmother's bedroom was broken and that I was worried about her falling because she would have to walk the entire length of the room in the dark to get to the only working light. Day 2 I also realized that the AC wasn't working so I told them about that and how important it was to us. My 80yr old grandmother doesn't do well with heat and my partner and I struggle to sleep. On day 4 I was told that the building maintenance team was too busy to send anyone. I was also told that the AC was out for scheduled maintenance. This is understandable but what wasn't acceptable is that they didn't inform us of this prior to our stay. I would have changed my booking if I'd known, it got well up into the 80s for a few days when we were there. It only really distributed our sleep for 5 out of the 7 days we were there but this did significantly impact our ability to function and enjoy all of the activities that we had planned. I asked for 1/3 of the daily rate be refunded for just those 5 days and they placated me till I checkout out and then ghosted me. The Vrbo team can't even get a hold of the management company that operates this Vrbo. DO NOT RISK IT.

Dc family vacay

We had a lovely stay. There was an issue with our original unit but that was resolved before we even checked in. Communication was great! Comfortable beds

Great location

The location was great, the front desk staff was very helpful. Apartment was clean. We were happy to learn that there is a pool on the property, and we were able to beat the heat! Parking was available in the garage for a daily fee. We were a bit confused as the garage was shared between two buildings and the signage was poor for which spaces are associated with this particular building. The front desk personnel was super helpful in explaining though. Overall, we had a great stay!
