Vi är nära några stora motorvägar och du kommer att älska närheten till allt i Arlington / Alexandria / Washington DC. Great location

We were in the Washington DC area for a few days with our family and this was a great spot. It was a short drive into DC for the tourist spots and was a quiet neighborhood where we could relax and sleep in. Will definitely consider staying here again for a future visit to DC.

Nice stay

Nice updated property. My MIL is 70 and the front steps were a little steep for her but you can access the house through the garage where the stairs aren’t nearly as steep with nice hand rails. Everything was nicely updated. Would stay again.

Great home for families

Host was very communicative. House was perfect for our family to stay while in the middle of moving. I really appreciated the high chair and pack and play for our infant!

Great Location

Communicatuon was great. Response was quickly. Awesome Location. Inside overall average. Floors make alot of noise. Cleanliness ok. Exterior front yard could be cleaner and more inviting to go outside.

Clean, comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay in Shirlington. The house was clean and well-appointed, in a good location for visiting extended family in Arlington. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

Great location

For a crowded neighborhood and a townhouse it was surprisingly quiet. Convenient to DC and there were some good restaurants in walking distance. Omar was very responsive. Would stay there again.

Arlington townhome

We loved the proximity to Shirlington! Easy walk to all that it offers...nice backyard for our little rescue pup. The house was very warm during the recent cold temps!

We had a great stay at this lovely home. It was in a quiet, hilly neighborhood close to DC. The kitchen was well-equipped for our breakfasts and a dinner. We used both Uber and our own cars to get in & out of the city. The rooms met our needs very well.

Great location and clean house. Will stay again.

This was a perfect location home for us visiting family in Arlington and close to DC attractions. The house was clean and had all the things needed for our stay. Their hospitaltiy basket was a sweet gesture too. It was nice to have the room we needed for 5 of us and our small dog. We will stay again.

Great stay!

The property is clean, well-managed, and the communication with the owner was wonderful. The location of this property is perfect. Close to everything. Walk to restaurants and the WOD Trail is at the base of the hill. Convenient for those who want to bike or run.

DC vacation

The townhouse was in a great location. We were close to all the sights and tourist attractions DC has to offer. The townhouse was also very clean and well stocked. The beds were the only issue we had with the townhouse. They were very uncomfortable. The mattresses definitely need an upgrade.

Family trip to DC

We had an amazing time and it was a plus to have such a clean and beautiful house to relax in after sightseeing all day . Super close to grocery store and other amenities that were needed and only a 10 min drive into the DC area Lincoln memorial area.. the stairs were never the fun part to walk into after walking all day haha but you started and ended your day with a stair workout lol … overall it was a 20/20 rating

Comfortable and close

The purpose of our trip was to see the sights. The house is just 15 minutes from all the major sights in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with appropriate cooking tools and the bathrooms have plenty of supplies. Beds are comfortable and the WiFi is speedy. The stairs were a little rough on my elderly parents and the house itself is on a substantial hill, which is not seen in the photos. With only one TV our down time meant negotiating the shows. In general our week stay was comfortable is a quiet neighborhood.

Pleasant stay in DC

The property has been well maintained and updated. My family and I had everything we needed even down to a hair diffuser,lol! Whole house was nicely stocked. Bed were ok but not super uncomfortable. My 10yo son didn’t enjoy the Pooh theme bedroom but after walking all day he was happy to have a room. A few things that were alarming 1. The neighbor a couple of doors down was smoking something that definitely wasn’t legal and my kids was smelling it. 2. The alarm system is in the master bedroom and every time my husband went to work out at 5or6 in the morning it would ding waking me up. Not a big deal more annoyance. Omar was very kind and called us when the power went out due to very high winds to check on us. We appreciated that! It was nice to take our dogs and plenty of sidewalk and grass to let them stretch their legs. We would definitely come back to stay!

Very close to everything but surprisingly very quiet

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were participating in an event at National Harbor for the weekend. The drive back and forth was a little crazy with traffic but since I live in MD I'm use to it and it's what you should expect all the time near DC. Their is never no traffic. Our place was super quiet. It was such a delightful surprise. I expected at least a certain amount of traffic hum being so close to the highways and cities. You would never know a main road is at the bottom of the hill from the house. The people in the townhouse next to us were quiet as well. Another plus since you never know how its going to be in a townhouse, condo or hotel. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean and not cluttered giving us plenty of room for all the stuff we brought with us. Having a driveway to park the van was another plus. Something you don't always get when you rent places near DC. You either have to park in the street or you may not have any parking at all. Another plus for the outdoorsy guests is the W O & D Trail is at the bottom of the hill from the house. You could walk down to it. Their are also electric bikes at the entrance of the trail you can use. We are big bikers and have biked this trail in the past in VA. It's a wonderful trail. Guests can use the garage so you could also bring your bikes with you and store them in there when your not using them. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
