Come stay in beautifully remodeled studio located near San Diego State University. Minimum 1 calendar month rental Fully Furnished and all inclusive. Completely upgraded studio with 1 bath. Featuring beautiful flooring, updated counter tops, and a gorgeous remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. The unit was thoughtfully designed, and sits below a gorgeous craftsman style home surrounded by a shared lush oasis in the backyard. A short drive to San Diego State, a golf course, and several convent shopping centers. Fully stocked with linens, furniture, and utilities just bring your toothbrush! Please view the virtual tour, unit is listed as ADU 1.
The neighborhood is a mix of homes built in the 20's,30's and 40's. It is not a cookie cutter kind of place. On our street most of our neighbors have been here 20 plus years and in most homes you see the neighborhood pride. We are walking distance(4min) to a wonderful coffee shop and a cute wine bar. We are an inclusive community.
Having a car is your best option but public transportation is walking distance. Lyft and Uber are good options as well. Here are a few hotspots with commute times included:
SDSU- 4 miles about 7min
Gaslamp Quarter- 7.5 miles about 15min
Fashion Valley- 7.3 miles about 13min
LaJolla- 13 miles about 18min
Little Italy-10miles about 17 min which is about how long it takes to get to the airport too!
