Delightful House

The photos of the view from the roofdeck do not do it justice. There is a panoramic view Of the Harbor with beautiful sunsets every night. The house itself feels new, is tastefully furnished with a beach house theme, and all of the appliances & electronics are state of the art (or close to it). The location is fabulous- just outside of downtown Newport and walking distance to Easton’s Beach & several shops and restaurants. We hope to return!

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay at Wayne's place. The home was as advertised, and exceptionally clean upon arrival. Wayne was a great host and so easy to work with from booking to check-in and check-out.

Great property and location

The house was so clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved walking to the cliffwalk and first beach daily. The rooftop deck was particularly fun for an evening cocktail. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues with neighbors. We utilized the outdoor shower and yard often as well. Wayne was easy to work with and you’ll love your stay!

amazing friend getaway week!

My group of girlfriends visited Newport for the first time, and we had an amazing week! The house was lovely, honestly the photos don't do it justice. Great location, close enough to walk the beach and a short uber into town. The house was spacious, a big kitchen and comfy living room. Nice backyard, plus the roof deck was perfect for hanging out and watching the sunset. We would definitely return!

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home

Excellent family vacation with our adult children & spouse. We stayed here before and fell in love with the place. It’s well equipped. Our daughters complained about lack of mirrors. Needed a full length. FYI no ice maker. We hope to be back again!

Excellent home & location

This is the house for the ultimate family vacation! The house was spacious, clean and comes with everything you needed for cooking. Beautiful backyard is perfect to sprawl out lawn games. Beautiful rooftop deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Short 2 min walk to some restaurants and convenience stores and 4 minute drive to downtown Newport. For the price you cannot find a better rental within such a prime location. Wayne was responsive and helped us with any needs. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Perfect family vacation

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house. We had three generations together for the week and we made use of every corner. The rooftop deck was the favored spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The dining room hosted family dinners on the nights we ate in, including a lobster boil, and the patio was the perfect location for our outdoor barbeques. The kids put the back yard to good use kicking the soccer ball about. We had everything we needed with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time together. Did I mention we were only minutes to our favorite, Second Beach and downtown Newport. Thanks for making our family vacation a week to remember!

Perfect home for our family vacation. House is beautiful, spacious, beautifully furnished.

We loved this house. Kitchen well stocked for all our needs, enjoyed grill and eating outdoors. Short walk to some great restaurants plus short drive to 2nd beach which was awesome. Even beach towels were provided! We walked to the Cliff Walk a few times which is amazing. Enjoyed downtown for shopping, restaurants and enjoyed a schooner tour. But it was hard getting off the beach as we had amazing weather. We had such a good time our adult children said they want to come back next year! And the rooftop deck was great!
