Welcome to our charming Airbnb, Sailorâs Delight - a great Location just a 9 minute drive to downtown Beaufort, only a 5 minute drive to the nearest Boat Landing! We are BOAT đą and DOG đ friendly (pet fee $75 addtional $25 for 2nd dog)! Also, there is plenty of room to park your Boat!
Sailorâs Delight is the perfect spot for your next MCRD Parris Island Graduation, Vacation, Wedding, girlâs trip, Boating/Fishing Trip, or time spent with family & friends. You will enjoy every moment!!
The Space:
Welcome to our home away from home, Sailorâs Delight. This special place is newly renovated and has an inviting Nautical Theme with a Unique charm of Boat Themed inspired decor to create a memorable experience. As you step inside, youâll discover a thoughtfully designed layout that features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with newly renovated luxury vinyl tile throughout. Our 1-Story family friendly home is also on a Âœ acre lot located 9 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort SC. Beaufort has all the southern charm you would expect when visiting our quaint southern town. You will be just minutes away from Downtown Beaufort (with so many restaurants and shopping), 16 minute drive USMC Base Parris Island, and Hunting Island. Also, the ideal spot for your next graduation ceremony, business trip, family, or girlâs trip. There is a designated work space, space to park your Boat, plus a FULLY FENCED-IN backyard for your fur baby!!! We do charge a 1 time pet fee of $125 with a max of 2 Dogs. This is a non- refundable fee for the entire length of your stay. Be sure when you book with us to add your pet fee.
Guest Access:
Self Check In with Digital front door lock.
A digital door code will be provided one hour prior to check in to the entire home and yard.
The Neighborhood:
House is located on Lady's Island and is not in a neighborhood.
Getting Around:
The house has parking for 2-3 cars plus a boat!

INSIDE:
-Master Bedroom with King Bed, ceiling fan, a designated office space, a 50" TV and a private en suite 1/2 bath with a Magnifying Make-Up Mirror. Second bedroom with King Bed, ceiling fan, a 40â TV. Each of the bedrooms have Wooden Hangers, USB Ports, and plenty of charging stations. The third bedroom has a Unique & Beautiful Full Size Pottery Barn âBoatâ Bed with a pullout Twin Trundle Bed. A childrenâs Pack & Play is also provided.
-Hall Bath features Shower/Tub, Magnifying Make-Up Mirror, also well stocked with Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hairdryers, with Upgraded Linens and Towels.
-Also provided are a box fan and a travel sound machine.
Starter Pack of Laundry Soap Pods, Dryer Sheets, Dishwasher Tablets, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. (Dish Soap and hand Soap Provided)
-Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, allowing you to easily browse the internet or catch up on work.
-Our home is designed with comfort in mind. Sink into the large plush sectional with a 65" smart TV; Perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies. You Tube TV is provided and all other apps are available for your personal log in.
-The Fully Stocked Kitchen provides Stainless Steel Appliances along with basic cooking Utensils (blender, mini food chopper, & electric griddle) an ample amount of space for cooking meals and preparing any meal . Also provided are a coffee pot, ground coffee, creamers & sugar. In addition, a Keurig coffee maker, k-cups, creamers & sugar. The newly renovated Kitchen opens to 4 Chair Kitchen Dining Table plus Island seating for 3. Youâll admire the dimmable recessed lighting!
-Spacious Laundry/Mud room with New LG Washer and Dryer, laundry amenities provided such as Laundry Soap Pods, Iron, Ironing Board, and Steamer.
-Covered back porch off the kitchen with sitting for 2 and -Charbroil BBQ grill with tools for food preparation.
- Step outside into the large fenced in backyard and discover your own outdoor haven. Whether you are gathering around the firepit or throwing a tennis ball to your fur baby. Please message us about your Dog before you book!
OUTSIDE:
-Private Driveway comfortably parking for 3 vehicles, and area to park a boat.
-Fully fenced in the backyard for the children and dogs.
- Wood burning fire pit with 4 chairs
-Gas grill
