Great property and location. Washer/dryer plus parking a huge plus! Had an issue with the inflatable mattress/pull out bed and owner was very responsive.

Great location and Host

The location was perfect for us as we went to Universal Studios and not far from Beaches or Hollywood. Also the different foods in the area were delicious.

This neighborhood had it all! We literally had every type of restaurant and shop within walking distance. We spent one day at Universal Studios which was a short communte and did one day at the beach.The house had everything we needed, nothing was needed!Great find!

Very nice accommodations

Close to wonderful dining and nice neighborhood. The condo was very well appointed with all conveniences, well decorated and furnishings and furniture was all modern, neat and clean. We would stay there again and recommend it heartily.

Clean, bright and fresh interior and decor. Very comfortable furnishings. Super easy entry into the unit itself though initial building entry and garage access was a tad cumbersome. Wonderful location; walkable to restaurants and shopping, shopping, shopping!

A second stay is a must!

The property is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The location is fabulous and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth and communication was clear and timely. Parking is a definite bonus! I can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back!

Condo is located in an older building but it was remodeled nicely. The neighborhood is very safe and the variety of places to eat (from In and Out Burger to nicer places to dine) are within walking distance. Panera Bread was literally a block away. There is a shopping mall a few blocks away which was an easy walk. The communication was great with Sara and the ease to get into the condo was excellent. The only drawback was parking in the garage. The space is pretty tight but not bad enough for me to count out this property. I WILL stay here again if I come back to the LA area.

Wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! There were plenty of extra towels, soaps of every kind, and kitchen supplies too. One thing I really appreciate is having a Brita in the fridge. The owner is extremely responsive and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. We would highly recommend this place to others.

Great location with shops restaurants all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe with people walking around neighborhood with their families and children as late as 10pm in the evening. The interior of the home has everything you need to visit comfortably, with all the amenities of home that include; paper goods, towels and soaps in the bathrooms and dishes, cooking utensils you need to prepare food in the kitchen. If you are renting a vehicle to park at this location the designated parking space is very small. I rented an SUV which was a little challenging to park and maneuver around but it’s possible. I reached out to the host multiple times prior to my arrival with no response. The only direct communication received was at the time of check-in and it appeared to be a general ‘welcome’ message that felt like a ‘copy paste’ message that provided general information about your stay, so don’t expect to get any response from the host addressing any of your direct questions.
