What a wonderful family week — so glad the home was such a perfect fit for 7 adults and 8 kids! Sounds like the pool, lake activities, grilled meals, and that loaded game room kept everyone happy and busy. Beating both the beach and a hotel is some serious praise! The space is family-friendly, well-stocked, and includes plenty of toiletries and cleaning supplies for a comfortable stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We're glad the home gave your large family plenty of room to spread out, and that the kayaks and the responsive service team added to your week at Lake Norman. We're sorry the pool wasn't restored to proper condition after the storm — that shouldn't have carried through your whole stay, and it's been passed along to our team along with your notes on the mattresses, the pantry access, and the storage options. We appreciate the honest feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again!
