Very quiet and quaint mountainside neighborhood. Town is less than a mile away!

Having a car is highly recommended for this property. Some roads up to the property are hills so you may need to bring your 4x4 for access during snowy weather.

Leave beds un-made and place all towels in the laundry basket. Do not turn off any surge protectors in the home. House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails. No trash left on side of pails, any trash left outside of pails will be price assessed for additional hauling. Pickup is XXXXXX early morning. Please have out at street XXXXXXX evening or at checkout. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.
NO RV Parking.
Do not park under Electrical Wires. Parking is to the left of the house in front of the wood log.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am. Do not leave pellet stove on at checkout.
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors and gates are locked and closed at checkout.
Please make sure all outdoor furniture and toys are put to their original placement and stored away.
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly.

Preferred shoes be removed in the home as to not bring in additional dirt, mud and snow. Currently this house does not have a washer/dryer.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
