*This home has two assigned parking spots directly in front of the home- the two far left spots underneath the carport. In addition, guests will also be provided 2 mirror hanging parking passes that can be used in the first come, first serve parking throughout Seaside.

These are needed to utilize the pools & fitness centers throughout the community and access the private beaches. Additional bands cannot be purchased/requested and are needed to access amenities throughout the community.
