Why is the sunset side of Camden so important? For the evening sunsets! You are literally not prepared for these colorful sunsets over the lake.

Why are a lake's coves important? Way less noise, less traffic, less boats, easy swimming, safety, more birdlife and quieter, calmer water. The coves are sought after. Pro Tip: Savvy lake renters know to seek out the coves!

Our lake is typically a beach-entry type lake. We also overlook one of Wateree's islands, are in a cove and no, there are no alligators this far north (Floridians always ask).

LOCATION: Located in Camden, SC on beautiful Lake Wateree (less than 1/2 mile to Clearwater Marina whose address is 2029 Baron Dekalb Rd, Camden SC for our roundabout location). Only 12 minutes to downtown Camden, to Wal-Mart, Starbucks & Chic-fil-a! The Charlotte airport is 1.5 hours and Columbia, SC is only 45 minutes away. Also, less than 5 minutes to a Dollar General (a very good one) that will have what you forgot! Yes, we have upscale restaurants nearby and yes we are near the South Carolina Equine Park facility in Camden and HOTH Ranch (their visitors stay with us often!)

2 bedrooms (queen master & full + trundle guest bedroom) and a full bathroom! We sleep 4 very comfortably and allow up to 5 guests.

Huge deck overlooking the lake. Easy road access, boat ramp is only a driveway over and room for your trailer. Shared dock for your boat (we have three docks, sharing is rarely an issue).
