We loved our time at the Songbird and highly recommend this beautiful house! Perfect location- situated close to town and Dollywood, while still providing privacy and mountain scenery. Fully stocked with everything needed, and comfortable clean beds. My family loved spending a long weekend here to celebrate a birthday and we hope to come back one day!

Our long weekend stay was as effortless as possible. Check-in was smooth and the Songbird was clean ready with everything we needed. The location avoids easy access to Dollywood and lots of Pigeon Forge attractions without needing to use the main highway (which saved us a lot of time in traffic).

The house was clean and had everything we needed for a family! The separate rooms and tv’s were great for everyone to have their owns space to relax. Location has great access to the main strip, but off the main strip enough, that provided a great view and was quiet. Would stay here again when in town again!

Fantastic Family Stay

From the beginning communication was great and checking in was an absolute breeze. The house was immaculate. We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Our stay at The Songbird couldn’t have been more perfect. We are a group of active “golden girls” who are also singers in our community choir. Hence, the “Songbird” drew us in immediately. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and had absolutely everything we needed for our Dollywood/Pigeon Forge adventure. Our only comment is that it’s a little close to a somewhat busy road, but that did not impede the gorgeous views! Thank you, Birdsong family- your cabin was perfection!

First time using VRBO and it was excellent. Everything was as advertised, house was ready for us when we got there and was very clean and well equipped. Great location if you are doing the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg experience. Owner checked in via e-mail a couple of times and addressed the one very minor issue within an hour. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Home. Great Location.

We really enjoyed staying in the new Songbird Home. We had 8 total people in our group consisting of Adults/Teenagers/Kids.. plenty of room and plenty of parking.. The pool table and hot tub was a plus! We liked the location being close to all the fun. It’s just a couple of minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of restaurants and attractions for all ages.. less than 10 mins with traffic to Dollywood. Thank you.

This was the perfect fall (leaf peeping) location! We were so close to all the attractions we wanted to go to in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. But we still felt like we were secluded and had the hillside and beautiful views all to ourselves. The house was clean, and decorated perfectly, just as the pictures portrayed. And it also had everything we needed for our 18 month old included. Everyone in the family wants to come back again to this same house for the Christmas holidays next year!
