Njut av den vackra Oregon kusten i en nyare, trevligt hem. Titta på golfare. Njut av utsikten över Tillamook Head och kusten Range. Ta en 1/4 mile promenad till stranden, den lokala mataffären eller den lokala puben. Ride vår strand kryssare på balen. Det är bara ~ 1 mil in till stan för ytterligare shopping och restauranger. Njut av stranden, gå clamming och titta på solnedgången. Utmana dig själv på 9-håls golfbana. Titta på en av de ~ 100 filmerna vi har till hands eller spela Pool, Dart eller Ping Pong. Den 3 sovrum och 2 badrum är på övervåningen. Vi har en drottning i master, en drottning och en full storlek futon i 2: a sovrummet, en drottning och våningssängar i 3: e sovrummet och ett litet kontor kontor.

Incheckning är kl 04:00 och utcheckning kl 11:00, men detta är flexibel beroende på andra bokningar.

OBS: Jag tillåter husdjur, men de kan inte lämnas utan uppsikt på fastigheten. Medtag en låda eller kennel och använda den om du behöver lämna ditt husdjur ensam. Jag har 1 stor låda i garaget. Det finns också en återbetalas $ 25 avgift för husdjur.

The pictures of house need to be updated. There are no bunk beds which disappointed our 2 grandsons. There are some things they should mention with it being on the golf course. The small back yard you need to be careful being out there due to stray golf balls flying into the yard. One missed my grandson by inches. We didn't go out there after that. Also, it needs some house updates, mattress in one bedroom very old, screen on slider broken, upstairs fan in bathroom never shut off, rusty outdoor patio furniture and the inside around the island in the kitchen smells like animal urine. No parking was a bummer too. The ad states 3 cars max, but it is really only 2. The lay out of the house was nice and the location, but don't think we would stay there again.

Overall good

The house was in a great location and we very much enjoyed the holiday weekend. There were a few disappointments. The outdoor furniture and grill were completely unusable. Both were rusted and filthy, so an outdoor barbecue was out of the question. Just FYI for others

Fabulous spot for family get away gathering

We were very impressed with the home. It accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children excellently. Location a little far from downtown Seaside beach restaurants but was totally not an issue. The owners have paid attention to all the details of providing a comfortable space.

Great Family Getaway

This was our second stay here. We find it perfect for our family. There are many things to do in the unit, plus lots of cute nooks and crannies for relaxing. The beach is a short walk away, with Seaside attractions just down the promenade.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable home that was in a fantastic location. Great home for kids and adults, easy walk to a market, beach or the promenade to get downtown.

Awesome location by a great beach

This was our second year staying at Mikes house. There were many more amenities for children this year (pack and play and lots of beach toys in the garage). The location can’t be beat. Far enough from the boardwalk to be away from the crowds, but a short 20min walk or 5min drive to get there. Awesome quiet beach is only a 5min walk away. My husband and father love the golf course being right behind the house. The ease of access and layout of the house are all great. This is definitely our go to spot now.

Great for 3 couples

We loved this location. Bigger than we thought. We were banking on the “office” being a room with a door but it was just the upstairs space in front of the two other rooms. All the rooms being upstairs was nice! Would stay again!

So close to the beach!

This property was great for our group of five. We cooked for our extended family and had plenty of room. There’s a two car limit for parking, but there is available street parking within <5 minute walk. I appreciated the hot/cold outdoor spigot, and so did my dog. Bed mattresses could have been a bit better.

My wife (Shari) and I live just down the street and manage this on our own. Except for the vrbo fees, there is no business agency taking a cut and we pride ourselves in providing great customer service. The cleaning fee goes directly to my cleaning crew unlike the agencies, so they get paid more and therefore are more motivated to do a great job. We love it in Seaside and know you will also.

We have owned a home in Seaside since 2000 and love it here. My wife and I purchased this home in 2011 with our son and his wife who were serving in the Navy. They don't get to use it as much as they would like so we rent it out.

Let your stress disappear. Our quiet and relaxing place is within walking distance of everything needed. You don't have to drive unless you want to. Golf or sleep in. It's the beach and you can do what you want.
