The Blue Pearl is a brand new construction, open concept, split plan ranch w/ a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen & cozy den, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large screened porch, plenty of parking & is stylishly decorated for optimum enjoyment! Sleeps 10, has an outdoor shower and is just a few blocks away from the ocean & everything charming central Carolina Beach boardwalk has to offer! The garage has been made into a FUN Rec/Game/Media room w/ additional sleeping AND dining options. Washer/Dryer.
The 2-car garage has been converted to a media/game room with a dining area, large couch that lays down to make a double bed, could be used as a 4th bedroom. Large yard.
Full access to the entire house, wheelchair accessible one-level living.
Live nearby but won't bother guests unless rules are not adhered to :)
Quiet, surrounded by single family homes, blocks from the beach!
Concrete paved driveway, large enough for 4 cars. Possible street parking. Check with Host first, please.
Fire pit coming soon! Large backyard, large screened porch! Large, spacious main suite.
Please do your best to leave all shoes on the front porch to reduce sandy floors! :)
Smoking allowed ONLY outside on the front or screened porch!
