(Alabama Ave allmän tillgång har 2 parkeringsplatser, duschar och badrum) Makrellbanan byggdes 2016 är mycket ren och väl underhållen. Möblerad veranda. Gasgrill. Nya möbler, sängäcken, lövträ, granit, kakel. Mycket trevligt! Vänligen ta med lakan och handdukar eller så kan jag lägga till på begäran mot en avgift. . Lägre nivå har sovrum med dubbelsäng (två bäddsoffa) och badrum med badkar / dusch. Bottenvåningen har stort vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och en kärleksstol. Det finns inget sovrum på huvudvåningen. Kök, halvt badrum och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare på bottenvåningen. På övervåningen har ett "barnrum" med tvilling över full våningssäng med trissa. Detta rum har 4 bäddar och har ett badrum med badkar / dusch. Barnrummet har en smart tv. Master svit-king size-säng, tvåbäddsrum, privat balkong. Master badrummet har en stor bubbelpool och dusch. Sovrummet har en smart TV med kabel. Utedusch genom porten på sidan av huset. Uppfart parkering för 2 bilar / kanske 3 om små bilar. Få kvarter / 7 minuters kort promenad till havet och den närmaste allmänna tillgången har ett badrum och duschhus med 2 parkeringsplatser. Incheckning är 16:00 och utcheckning klockan 11. Tyvärr kan jag inte erbjuda en sen utcheckning under högsäsongen.

Overall, the property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, given the opportunity. The furniture was comfortable and unlike other properties we have stayed at, it was all sturdy and functional and it was well matched. For you EV drivers, there's a 14-50 plug, make sure you bring your charging cable. We had a minor check-in issue but was very quickly remedied with a couple of phone calls.

Great weekend

This beach house in Kure Beach is a perfect retreat! Stylish and spacious. Direct beach access requires a 7-minute walk, but it’s worth it for the beautiful sand and surf. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The deck and outdoor space are great for relaxing and dining. Communication with Margaret was excellent—she was responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and will return!

Summer Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful! The property was very nice with plenty of room for all. The owner and property manager was easy to communicate with and prompt to answer our questions. The location to the beach was great. It’s about a ten minute walk, but we would pack up for the day and make the trip to spend several hours or more at the beach each day. There are public restrooms and showers by the beach. It’s a great set up. Tons of great local area restaurants to check out in the area, too! We had so much fun and things to do that we didn’t turn on a television once during our ten day stay. We’ll be back. Loved the property, Kure and Carolina Beaches, and the place in general! Hope to return!

Great location and well appointed house

I took my high school senior and five of his friends to the beach for a long weekend to celebrate their graduation. The house was set up well for friends or family who don't mind sharing rooms and/or beds. The house is in very good shape and nicely decorated but not overdone. The kitchen had a ton of resources though some of the items in the cupboards were dirty, so we had to clean a bit to prepare food. Definitely bring your own pillow if you're a challenged sleeper as the pillows were very thin/flat. But the mattresses were comfortable and the linens were fine. The bedrooms could use blackout curtains, but that's more of a personal preference from someone who needs a very dark room to sleep well. 😂 Very comfortable living room for socializing and playing games. Communication with the host was easy and clear. Margaret was very responsive each time I messaged and in advance of the trip. It's a very easy walk to Kure Beach, and the neighborhood felt friendly. Rinsing off using the outside shower and waterhose was easy upon returning to the house after being at the beach. All in all, a great place to stay, and I'll likely return with my husband and two other kids at some point.

My family and I stayed over the weekend and the house was beautiful! It’s the perfect distance from everything. Easy to walk or drive to the beach and other local attractions. Would definitely recommend and will likely look to stay here in the future!

Relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood!

The Mackerel Lane townhouse was a great getaway for us! Set back just far enough in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a few short minutes walk to the public beach access! The townhouse was clean, well appointed, and well stocked! Margaret was accommodating, welcoming, and very easy to communicate with! The location was super convenient! Nearly all points of Carolina and Kure beach are reachable in an easy 10 minute drive. I should also note that Margaret was accommodating of our PHEV and allowed us to charge during out stay. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would absolutely stay there again!

Home Away From Home

We stayed here for a week in the spring and my children could not wait to come back. It’s perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the beach access and boardwalk. The house is always pristine in it’s cleanliness and the comfort cannot be matched. The owners are exceptional with their communication. We could not ask for a better home away from home to stay in.

Great Home and Beach Location!

Family trip from Idaho to North Carolina to drop off some family members at Duke University. There were 6 of us and we had never experienced the North Carolina Coast. We feel fortunate that we were able to find this home! It was only a few blocks from the beach and had plenty of room to spread out for all of us. Carolina Beach and Kure beach were both amazing. We would definitely stay at this property again!

It has always been a dream of ours to own a home at the coast. In May 2016 we purchased 1721 Mackerel Lane. Now we enjoy time at our favorite beach with our family and friends.

Close to the ocean and public access with parking and bathrooms. CB boardwalk, Fort Fisher Aquarium and Ferry to Southport are close by. Property is clean and well maintained. Close to the beach. 100% refund or change your dates if a storm system / hurricane comes to town. Book with no worries about weather. I will refund all $ paid up until the day of your stay. If you have to leave early due to extremely bad weather or excessive rain I will refund the canceled nights.
