Summer, winter, or peak autumn color, a stay at The Pond House provides you with the perfect waterfront setting for outdoor excursions. This is Vermont living at its finest, with a stocked trout pond and beautiful trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling practically outside your door.

This home sits at the edge of a small pond in West Dover, in the quiet yet convenient community that surrounds the Mount Snow Golf Course and is less than a mile to downtown West Dover. Take out the canoe or one of the three kayaks and spend summer days fishing in the pond. Come winter, you'll be right on the Vermont Snowmobile Association Trail (VAST) and less than four miles from the slopes of Mount Snow.

After a gorgeous day of snowshoeing or sampling the local restaurants and breweries, come home to a spacious living area that's full of familiar charms. Place a fresh log in the woodstove, set up a board game or a good movie on the smart TV, and settle in on the leather sectional as the snow piles high outside.

Spend summer evenings outside on the deck, admiring the view of the pond as the sunset paints the night sky. When the air turns chilly, head inside to play pool in the basement, soak in the jetted bathtub, or simply retire to three comfortable bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
