Great location

My buddies and I enjoyed the stay at this house. It was conveniently located next to the boat launch and lots of space to spread out. Also loved the long driveway for parking two boats and three cars… Super convenient would highly consider staying here again .

Family Weekend

The property was just as listed. Views /access to the lake was amazing. House was clean and more than we expected. Communication with owner was easy, with quick responses. Absolutely would recommend!!

ANOTHER GREAT STAY

This was our second time staying at this property. It is the perfect location/home base for us when visiting our family who live in the area. Everything that you should need for your stay is provided. Walmart and Wegman's are just a short drive if you need anything else. Looking forward to staying there again.

This is a beautiful lake front home . As described in the listing . We spent a week just relaxing and enjoying the water . All bedrooms are upstairs so make sure you can do stairs .

Nice Rental

This house is nice, was peaceful and comfortable, only issue was some of the doors closing, but a lot of that had to do with the humidity. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to be on the lake and gave this a 5 star because we were very comfortable there, the grill was a nice one and enjoyed our stay.

A relaxing stay

We stayed here during our Fall Break. We had come from a family wedding in NYC and my high schooler wanted to do a tour of Syracuse University. This was the perfect spot. Close to university and very relaxing after the rush of the city. I enjoyed waking up and watching the fish jump and the birds flying. The weather was not cooperative and we did not get outside much, but we did enjoy walking out on the dock.

great lakehouse-very relaxing

Property is well equipped for eating in and it is within 30 minutes of Syracuse with lots of restaurant choices. Perfect living room and dining area for 6 people to gather and talk or play games. We also built a fire in the rustic pit by the water. Beautiful sunset. Only 20 minutes from Green Lakes State Park and not far from Pratt waterfall park. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only complaint is no window coverings on the back side of the house so if you are shy, you need to get dressed in the closet or bathroom.

Great lakefront view

We really enjoyed the amazing hospitality during our stay. I've stayed at several VRBOs and I've never had them supply 'nice' toilet paper and paper towels. Let alone other products. It was a nice change of pace. It was great to be close, but not too close, to Clay/Syracuse. The home also did a great job keeping up with the stifling heat. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a nice lakefront view, but nothing to far out of town.

Peaceful

The property was in excellent condition, although it is not meant for anyone who cannot climb stairs easily because all of the bedrooms are upstairs. TV ran well, front lawn out to the lake was beautiful, beautiful sunsets seen from upstairs bedroom, lake was a bit grassy.

Close to home

We actually only live 10 mins from here but we were thinking about purchasing a lake house in the next year so we wanted to try this out. This house was just perfect for our needs for the weekend. Our older son lives just down the street so her could come and go. We know the area so we were very comfortable. The back deck and lake views were amazing and worth the stay. The only negative would be the entrance into the lake was weedy and shallow, but we made it through. Had a few friends over for dinner who actually want to rent this next year for a week, so maybe we will be back.

Wonderful stay

Met up for a girls weekend and our stay as absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were responsive, the house was super clean, the location is ideal for anything you want to do in or around Syracuse, and we immensely loved sitting fireside by the beautiful lake. There was even a small welcome package of amenities in case you forgot your toothbrush or shampoo (we’d add small soaps or body wash simply because we didn’t think to bring those). The only thing we’d recommend are some window treatments in the bedrooms for privacy and light blocking but otherwise we wanted for nothing. Thank you so much!

The view was beautiful but shades on the windows would be nice. Not early morning people. Should be your choice to keep open or closed.

Beautiful place to stay!

We loved the place! It was clean, quiet and the yard was big. The views from inside the house were beautiful with all the windows! Enjoyed the fire pit located down near the water. Went fishing, kayaking, and tubing. There were six adults and there was plenty of room for all. We would definitely return except the only downfall were the mattereses. The twin beds we're very uncomfortable and the guest queen bed was also uncomfortable. Other than that we really loved everything about the place! Pat was very accommodating with any questions we had. A very relaxing place!

Needs attention

Was very nice. However there was a leak in bathroom sink upstairs. This was a big inconvenience when you have 6 people wanting to share bathrooms. It was very apparent that the leak has been overlooked for a while. The place was in need of deep cleaning, not something that the renters should have to do when they get there. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and the views. It was very comfortable for us.

Beautiful house perfect. Only problem TV. NUs Use tospectrum or FiOS not fire stick so couldn't use.

Would have been nice to have a small canoe or row boat . Couldn't swim lake too much overgrowth and green to get in water. Dock needed to be longer for someway to get in water. These are small suggestions but not able to go in lake was a bummer.
