Spacious, comfortable house, well equipped with everything we needed. The property was located in a quiet, safe area where we could take walks and relax but was convenient to travel in and around the city. There were several golf courses to enjoy in the area as well.

This lake house was all we could have hoped for! The home was immaculate, spacious, well stocked, and very comfortable. We enjoyed out time immensely and will definitely rent again.

Great lakefront view

We really enjoyed the amazing hospitality during our stay. I've stayed at several VRBOs and I've never had them supply 'nice' toilet paper and paper towels. Let alone other products. It was a nice change of pace. It was great to be close, but not too close, to Clay/Syracuse. The home also did a great job keeping up with the stifling heat. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a nice lakefront view, but nothing to far out of town.

great lakehouse-very relaxing

Property is well equipped for eating in and it is within 30 minutes of Syracuse with lots of restaurant choices. Perfect living room and dining area for 6 people to gather and talk or play games. We also built a fire in the rustic pit by the water. Beautiful sunset. Only 20 minutes from Green Lakes State Park and not far from Pratt waterfall park. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only complaint is no window coverings on the back side of the house so if you are shy, you need to get dressed in the closet or bathroom.

Great location

My buddies and I enjoyed the stay at this house. It was conveniently located next to the boat launch and lots of space to spread out. Also loved the long driveway for parking two boats and three cars… Super convenient would highly consider staying here again .

A relaxing stay

We stayed here during our Fall Break. We had come from a family wedding in NYC and my high schooler wanted to do a tour of Syracuse University. This was the perfect spot. Close to university and very relaxing after the rush of the city. I enjoyed waking up and watching the fish jump and the birds flying. The weather was not cooperative and we did not get outside much, but we did enjoy walking out on the dock.

Wonderful stay

Met up for a girls weekend and our stay as absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were responsive, the house was super clean, the location is ideal for anything you want to do in or around Syracuse, and we immensely loved sitting fireside by the beautiful lake. There was even a small welcome package of amenities in case you forgot your toothbrush or shampoo (we’d add small soaps or body wash simply because we didn’t think to bring those). The only thing we’d recommend are some window treatments in the bedrooms for privacy and light blocking but otherwise we wanted for nothing. Thank you so much!

Needs attention

Was very nice. However there was a leak in bathroom sink upstairs. This was a big inconvenience when you have 6 people wanting to share bathrooms. It was very apparent that the leak has been overlooked for a while. The place was in need of deep cleaning, not something that the renters should have to do when they get there. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and the views. It was very comfortable for us.
