Kasta i den pittoreska utsikten över sjön Oneida i vår moderna duplex vid stranden, "Sandslottet." Stuga nummer 24. Beläget i hjärtat av Sylvan Beach, precis intill Harpoon Eddie's! Det är nu privatägt och inom Shangri-La Sunset Cottages. Den här enheten ligger på översta nivån i "The Treehouse" -duplexen. (Vi har också "Cuckoo Cottage" och "Emily" -enheten tillgänglig.)
Perfekt storlek med två sovrum - Båda sovrummen har stora sängar. Den öppna planlösningen vardagsrummet har en kärlek plats och matsal för 4, med en TV för lite inuti underhållning. Köket är utrustat med ett sortiment, mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna och kylskåp. Alla krukor, kastruller, diskar, glas och bestick tillhandahålls. Vi erbjuder gratis WiFi, kabel-TV och AC!

* Ta med egna sängkläder, kuddar, filtar, handdukar och tvättdukar eftersom dessa inte tillhandahålls.

Privat (gratis) parkering rymmer 2-3 bilar. Ligger förbi paviljongen bakom banken.

Njut av bad, sola, fiska, se barnen leka i sanden, göra vattensporter, kolla in båtarna längs kanalen eller hyra en båt från en närliggande marina! Var noga med att kolla in en evenemangskalender eftersom det händer mycket under hela sommaren! Bli barn igen på Historic Sylvan Beach Amusement Park, bara en kort promenad ner på vägen! Njut av middagar och underhållning på Harpoon Eddie's - precis bredvid! Prova lyckan eller se en show på Turning Stone Casino - Det handlar om en 20 minuters bilresa. Satsa på hästarna på Vernon Downs Racing. Upplev trendiga shopping och restauranger på Destiny USA i Syracuse. Bara en kort promenad till DiCastro's Private Beach Club om du deltar i ett bröllop. To have no pillows or towels is unacceptable. Traveling from Texas, brought our own sheets. Had to buy toilet paper. Not inviting, dust bunnies under beds, shower leaked. Location was perfect but will not stay again.

weekend getaway

a short trip with my grandchildren...steps to the beach...accurate pictures and description. steps to amusement park (take note that for us amusement park was closed...call for hours and days for amusement park) very close to The Wild (animal park) also unit is walking distance to several restaurants.

Stayed for the weekend of the NOVA volleyball tournament. The location was perfect and the host was very easy to communicate with and was flexible.

Great Location

“Quaint little village of attached cottages. “ The unit was just as discribed. Pictures are accurate. My negativity with this property was the outdoor stairwell and windows were covered with cobwebs and spiders. My granddaughter’s were “freaked out” by this. The outdoor furniture also had spider webs. These should have been cleaned/removed before our arrival. I had to pay a $50 upfront cleaning fee. Since most of the cottage units are attached, you really can here the other guests. The sign said no pets, yet there were people staying with their dogs who really liked to bark! We were in the upper unit and the people in the lower unit had free access to the grill and picnic table. So we were not able to access this, as it states in the description. All and all, my granddaughters enjoyed the beach and amusement park.

Close to the lake and beach

Stayed here with my two teenage daughters. Cute little place! Close to the beach and lake. Comfortable and quiet. We loved the vintage amusement park, it’s literally a couple blocks away!

Cozy Getaway

Beautiful property, just like the listing. My only complaint would be the difficulty in finding where to park and where the property was. Its BEHIND the purple cottages and we did not realize this for about 30 minutes. Would stay again!

Nice Family Mini-Vaca

Nice, clean, and so conveniently close to the beach! We had a great time.! Everything was just as Mia said it would be. The parking permit was very convenient, and our 13 and 11-year-old both had a good time. Would definitely come back! Thank you Mia!

Great location but needs TLC

The location couldn't be beat, just steps from the beach. However, we found a dirty sock under one of the beds, chicken wing bones on the deck, and the floor was dirty. It's a tiny place, so it shouldn't be hard to spot these things. Could also use a good deep clean and some updates (mattresses, functional furniture, bathroom caulk, etc.) Apparently the "no swimming" signs are just for decoration as there were people everywhere in the water, once Wednesday came along. Sunday - Tuesday are dead and besides the lake, the area doesn't have much to do. We just wanted to get away though, and this fit. Just know what you're getting into.

Sylvan Beach is beautiful

I loved the stay at Sylvan beach. We paid way too much for the property the beds were very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. Then we were accused of urinating in the main bedroom which never happened and for a fight that wasn’t us it was people we knew but they weren’t invited up. So the property manager is trying to charge us an extra 200 after we already paid a cleaning fee with the property for some urine she says that ran under the bed. It’s lies so be careful when you rent this and take pictures when you leave because I cleaned the place out and still was accused of this.

Location, location, location

This condo is right next to Harpoon Eddie's and included with a few cottages in a fenced-in area right on the beach. It has private beach access. The description was correct online. There really isn't much of a living room...just a kitchen/dining room with a table/chairs and a small wicker love seat. There is no oven if you need one. There are also no TVs located in the bedrooms and only 1 in the kitchen/dining area which you would have to sit at the table to watch or the small wicker love seat. Overall, great location, great hosts, and the place was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Property itself was perfectly located, clean and inviting. Some items that were supposed to be at the property were not, tp and paper towels ( this was corrected by owner) the parking pass was never left by previous renters so we had to park a ways away, not too much of an issues until we left and had to load up the car. Would stay again.
