Welcome to Fontana Grace, a brand NEW 4 bedroom 3 bath, modern cabin, overlooking Lake Fontana. This luxurious cabin is a sanctuary designed to offer unparalleled comfort and captivating views overlooking the glistening waters of Lake Fontana.

The airy, open-plan layout seamlessly blends contemporary sophistication with the natural allure of the surroundings. The modern kitchen, adorned with top-of-the-line appliances, beckons aspiring chefs to create culinary delights while enjoying the stunning mountain vistas.

Multiple decks grace the exterior of Fontana Grace, providing ample space to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. A brand new hot tub invites you to relax and soak away the day's adventures while being surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Smoky Mountains. For explorers and nature enthusiasts, a private 1.5 mile hiking trail meanders through the scenic landscape, guiding you to a waterfall in the neighborhood.

Guests will also have access to a private boat dock, .5 miles away from home, featuring a sun deck & parking lot. During the Summer months, when the lake is at full capacity, kayaks will be available for renters. The house also features an outside plug for EV charging; guests must provide their own adapter for the charger.

Centrally located to the NOC, Appalachian Trail (2 miles away from house!), Tsali Mountain Bike Trails, The Nantahala River, multiple waterfalls, and hiking trails, Fontana Grace is a haven for outdoor enthusiats. The home has access to a private road to NOC that takes 12 mins to get down on a back road (and 30 mins on a front road).

Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather.
Please Note:
NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Please note that these supplies are intended to get you started and may not be sufficient for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and your usage needs. We suggest you visit the grocery store before arriving at your cabin. Bryson City’s main grocery store, Ingles, closes at 10pm most of the year but may close earlier in the Winter months.

Guests will have access to a private boat dock in the neighborhood as guests of Fontana Grace owners. There are kayaks for guest use.

Waiver and Release: In consideration of the owners of Fontana Grace and Great Smokys Cabin Rentals (GSCR) owners allowing me to use the kayaks, I specifically release and forever discharge the owners of Fontana Grace and GSCR its officers, agents, and employees form any and all liability or claims for injury, illness, death or loss of, or damage, to property which I may suffer while renting & use of this kayak.
This discharge specifically includes, but is not limited to, liability or claims for injury, illness, death, or damage caused by the negligence of the owners of Fontana Grace, GSCR or its officers, agents, or employees. It is my intent by the Waiver and Release Agreement to release the owners of Fontana Woods and GSCR hold them harmless from all liability for any such property loss or damage, personal injury, or loss of life, whether caused by the negligence of  the owners of Fontana Woods and GSCR or whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory.
In booking this cabin, I fully recognize that if injury, illness, death or damage occurs to me while I am engaged in renting this kayak or participating in kayaking, I will have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against the owners of Fontana Woods or GSCR or its officers, agents or employees, even if they or any of them negligently cause my injury, illness, death or damage.
