†This is a two story house with two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a kitchenette, two living rooms with TVs and fold open futon couches, one gas fireplace downstairs and one electric fireplace upstairs, and a lot of private outdoor space.
†The house is decorated with award-winning art throughout.
âą Two of the three bathrooms were recently remodeled.
âą The house has central air conditioning and heat and a full library of books as well as some fun games. âą Best of all, this spacious home is situated in the most ideal location in Sedona, walking distance to both trails and shopping.
†The Sedona Film Festival, the AMC movie theater, Coffee Pot Restaurant, and multiple grocery stores and more are all walking distance.
