Great access to hiking trails and downtown. Quiet. Perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well set up. Everything worked and the communication was quick clear and friendly.We highly recommend this location.

Thanks for the 10 stars. We're happy you had a comfortable issue-free stay and enjoyed the location. I'm not sure what other 'frills' were desired, but just a note to our future guests that we do have a spacious living area and provide a lot considerations for our guests, like our streaming entertainment and cable TV options, a fully-stocked coffee bar and local brochures, staple toiletries, plus extra amenities like hot tub and hammock in a big backyard with extra chairs, large deck with a grill and patio table, cornhole game, fireplace, mini golf and board games ; )

Great mountain views! Fabulous birdwatching from decks. Walk to hiking or a short drive to lots of trails. Beautiful area. Clean and comfortable house.

Fantastic location!

We loved everything about this place! It was close to everything and truly within walking distance of beautiful trails! We especially loved the hot tub and breakfast on the deck.

This was a great place to stay for my 60th birthday! We had plenty of room. It was so comfortable & we had such a great time! I would recommend it to anybody unless you cant do steps, then it would be a challenge, but for us it was absolutely wonderful!

Great place to stop during our trip out west

Got there late night and left early morning, but Tiffany's place was comfortable, convenient and had all the amenities needed and then some!

Location was excellent for easy access to a variety of trail heads. Grocery store close as well. Nice, homey feel throughout. Ate on the deck & used grill several times. Hot tub for relaxing after our hikes was wonderful. Even did our laundry while there, returning home with clean clothes . A fabulous place for our family of 6; would definitely stay here again!

The Sedona home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a great place to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, and the location is perfect for enjoying all the outdoor activities around Sedona. We highly recommend staying here!

Great accommodating space! Has plenty of room and is in a really good location if you want to get out and see all the big hit items in Sedona. I personally like the quiet of west Sedona and then driving wherever need be. Host had great communication, and was clear on everything!

It was a perfect size for our stay. It was clean , well kept and ready for us. The property had everything we needed; towels, shampoo, clean bedding, hair dryer, coffee maker, and more. It was perfectly placed in town near thing we wanted to do in town and out of town. The hot tub was plus.

This property has an ideal location with great amenities - a hot tub (we didn't get a chance to enjoy!) a hammock, and a patio with table and grill. The king suite bedroom and back guest room were very comfortable, the front guest bedroom mattress was very thin and felt more like a thick mattress pad - not ideal for full size adults as you could feel the frame underneath. The home had all the necessary amenities but the carpet and flooring is extremely worn and there were some areas that were not as clean. Would recommend thorough dusting, vacuuming, fridge and dish cleaning as several dishes had food stuck to them.
