Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful and homey. The host is very quick to respond and after driving 11 hours he allowed us to check in a little earlier since we came into town before the 4pm check in time. Would definitely stay again and we highly recommend this cozy first floor condo in a quiet, friendly, clean neighborhood.

We have stayed in this condo for years because it is so clean, convenient to the beach and restaurants, and has a lovely, large covered porch that is perfect for relaxing and it is also on ground level so easy to unload the car!! No going up and down stairs!!!The owner is so kind and easy to communicate with if needed. We will continue to return to this special spot in Surfside for years to come. You just can't go wrong.

The condo fit the bill for what our family needed! It is located a mere block from the beach, so we were easily able to walk there with two little ones. The area was quiet at night during the first week in June. The beds were very comfortable and the accommodations had everything we needed for our visit. The patio is definitely a plus!

The host was great. The condo was as expected. We thought this was a great location to the beach, it’s not too far to walk. we enjoyed the ground floor patio with access to the street. only suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen essentials such as a baking sheet and a strainer. Also we didn’t have any bath mats for the floor. overall it’s a great place to stay for a beach getaway.

Everything was 5 star. Very spacious living area and kitchen. My wife says to compliment the quality of the dishes. Not your typical light weight, cheap dishes. Nice, fenced-in sitting area in the front. Short walk to beach. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well appointed. Host very responsive. We plan to stay here again.
