Live the LIFE! This is a Gorgeous Newly Completely Renovated Private Guest Suite Attached to a Mansion on Avon Mountain with AMAZING VIEWS overlooking the Farmington Valley!! Included will be a fully furnished studio with your own Private Full Bathroom, Kitchen and Closet!

Walk directly out to the HUGE SWIMMING POOL AREA and PRIVATE POOL HOUSE (Seasonal). Free Wi-Fi and work remote in your own office! This space is quiet and perfect if you are out on business travel! For sleeping there is a Queen size bed WITH AN ADJUSTABLE BASE and a Super Comfy Memory Foam Mattress. For working/reading/eating/watching TV there are two chairs with a desk Overlooking the Farmington Valley Views and Beautiful Sunsets at Night!

Anything a guest may need, please feel free to let us know. We are almost always immediately available to help you. This rental is in a very convenient location close to shops, highways, Bradley Airport, and Great Restaurants. ( We can provide recommendations )

Please note, NO SMOKING ALLOWED in or on any part of this property! Vaping would be accepted. The huge pool and pool house area are only open for the Summer time and would be a shared space. It is completely vacant most of the time. Pool hours, 10:30AM-8:00PM (Open, May 27th-Sep 1st)

Biking trip

My husband and I enjoyed our entire trip. We loved Avon Conn due to its beauty and range of restaurants. We come to bike the trails and it was a pleasure to come back to our very quiet room and pool. The hosts were totally attentive. We think the view must be awesome in the fall.

Amazing views, very comfortable stay

This is an immaculate guest suite with incredible views in a gorgeous setting. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative, enhancing our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in a relaxing setting, this is the place! Your hosts will make sure you are well taken care of.

Anniversary Celebration Jan 2024

Avon Mountain Mansion - this is a beautiful studio suite with awesome views! Everything was very clean and we loved how coziness of the suite. We came up from Delaware for a spontaneous Anniversary getaway. We were only able to stay 1 night but we wished we could've stayed longer. Robin & Jay were the perfect hosts. They were pleasant, helpful & very welcoming and thoughtful! They checked in on us frequently and they responded quickly if we inquired with them regarding anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful!

This property is absolutely amazing and beautiful. How it's just nestled in up in the mountains with the most incredible view was amazing. It was nice to get away in such a beautiful space with privacy and nothing but peace. The hosts were absolutely amazing in every aspect. I 100% recommend this property and will definitely be coming back to stay.

The gorgeous Valley and Mountain Views and Absolutely Stunning for Sunsets Views! Every night has a different vista. In the summertime enjoy the large swimming pool and amazing pool house equipped with a TV, couches, fridge and a wet bar!
